آغاز به کار شتابدهنده «آرتان» در تبریز: آیا طلسم عدم موفقیت شتابدهنده‌ها در تبریز می‌شکند؟ Artan Accelerator Launches in Tabriz to Boost Local Startup Ecosystem

شرکت آرمان توسعه آذربایجان نوآور (آرتان)، متشکل از فارغ التحصیلان سازمان ملی پرورش استعدادهای درخشان، متخصصان مدیریت کسب و کار و اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه در راستای اعتلای اکوسیستم کارآفرینی کشور از دی ماه 1396 با هدف ارائه خدمات پیوسته ایده تا پدیده فعالیت رسمی خود را در سه شاخه اصلی مشاوره، توانمندسازی و فراهم آوردن زیرساختهای مناسب جهت توسعه کریدور ایده تا پدیده از پرورش خلاقیت برای آغاز ایدهپردازی تا تحقق یک برند موفق در بازار آغاز نموده است.

نتایج حاصل از جلسات متعدد ارائه مشاوره به ایده پردازان، تیمهای استارتآپی و کارآفرینان و نیز کارگاههای تخصصی و رویدادهای برگزارشده توسط این شرکت در سطح کشور از قبیل «گپ کارآفرینی»، «کافِنوآوری»، « ارجمان»، « استارتآپ ویکند سلولهای بنیادی وپزشکی بازساختی(استماپ)»، «باشلانقیج لار چیلله سی»، « چالشگاه» و ... حاکی از آن بود که اکثر تیمهای استارتآپی استان با وجود توانمندیهای فنی شایانی که دارند، از زیر ساختهای لازم جهت توسعه ایده، شبکه سازی، جذب سرمایه، بازاریابی، برندینگ و در نهایت حضور موفق در بازار هدف برخوردار نیستند و از آنجا که اعتقاد داریم رشد و توسعه هر اکوسیستمی باید به تدریج از درون و با همکاری تک تک عناصر آن حاصل گردد، شرکت آرتان از ابتدای سال 1397 طی جلسات و مکاتبات مستمر در تلاش بود تا با تکیه بر توانمندی اعضای فعال اکوسیستم استارتاپی استان و همچنین مهارت و تجربه متخصصان تیم آرتان، دو زیر ساخت بسیار مهم یعنی فضای کار اشتراکی و شتابدهنده را که تا کنون چنانچه باید در این استان فراهم نشده بود، راه اندازی نماید. به لطف پروردگار و همت خستگی ناپذیر اعضای تیم آرتان طی مراحل مختلفی که سپری گردید، در گام نخست مجوز رسمی فعالیت این شرکت به عنوان شتابدهنده و فضای کار اشتراکی از وزارت تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی دریافت گردید و در گام بعد طی پروپوزال ارائه شده و جلسات و مذاکرات انجام یافته با مسئولین محترم پارک فناوری پردیس، موافقت اصولی برای راه اندازی شتابدهده با برند «آرتان» از سوی معاونت علمی و فناوری ریاست جمهوری صادر گردید.

اکنون شتابدهنده «آرتان» در نظر دارد که «مجموعه استارتاپی آرتان» شامل فضای کار اشتراکی، شتاب دهنده و کافه کارآفرینی (کافه کا) را با قول مساعدی که از مسئولین محترم استان دریافت داشته، پس از تصویب شورای اسلامی شهر تبریز در یکی از زیباترین خانههای تاریخی شهر با نام «خانه نیکدل» راه اندازی نماید، با این انگیزه که بتواند دست در دست کارآفرینان و پا بهپای تیمهای استارتآپی، در حوزه کارآفرینی و اقتصاد مولد، گذشته پر افتخار این استان را به آینده پرثمرش پیوند دهد.

قابل ذکر است که این شتابدهنده، در حیطهی فناوری و نوآوریهای شهری به ویژه سلامت و فرهنگ فعالیت خواهد داشت و در نظر دارد با توسعه فناوریهای همگرا و تأکید بر ابرروندهای آینده به خصوص در حوزه ICT (از قبیل اینترنت اشیا، زنجیره بلوکی، فین تک و ... ) به توسعه متوازن و پایدار اکوسیستم کمک نماید.

تحریریه فناوری به وقت تبریز امیدوار است شتابدهنده آرتان با دست‌یابی به موفقیت‌ در شتابدهی استارت‌آپ‌ها در تبریز طلسم عدم حضور موفقیت‌آمیز شتابدهنده‌ها در این شهر را شکسته و به پیشرو این امر در شهر تبریز تبدیل شود. با این حال باید پذیرفت که مسیر سختی پیش روی این شتابدهنده است. از برخی مشکلات بیرونی همچون عدم فرهنگ رشد یافته جامعه شهری در پذیرش فناوری، مهاجرت نیروی تخصصی و عدم درک صحیح مسئولین گرفته تا مشکلات درون سازمانی همچون چالش‌های مربوط به کار تیمی و مدل کسب و کار از جمله پیچیدگی‌های مسیر پیش روی این شتابدهنده‌ خواهند بود.

Arman Tose'e Azerbaijan Novavar Company (Artan), consisting of graduates of the National Organization for the Development of Exceptional Talents, business management specialists, and university faculty members, has officially started its activities since January 2018 with the aim of enhancing the country's entrepreneurial ecosystem. It provides continuous services from idea to phenomenon in three main branches: consulting, empowerment, and providing suitable infrastructure for the development of the idea-to-phenomenon corridor, from nurturing creativity for the beginning of ideation to achieving a successful brand in the market.

The results obtained from numerous consulting sessions with idea creators, startup teams, and entrepreneurs, as well as specialized workshops and events held by this company across the country, such as "Entrepreneurship Chat," "Cafe Innovation," "Arjman," "Startup Weekend Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine (Estmap)," "Bashlanqijlar Chilleh Si," "Challenge Park," and ... indicated that most startup teams in the province, despite their significant technical capabilities, lack the necessary infrastructure for idea development, networking, attracting investment, marketing, branding, and ultimately successful presence in the target market. Since we believe that the growth and development of any ecosystem must gradually come from within and with the cooperation of each of its elements, Artan Company has been striving since the beginning of 2019 through continuous meetings and correspondence to establish two very important infrastructures, namely coworking space and accelerator, which had not been adequately provided in this province until now, relying on the capabilities of active members of the provincial startup ecosystem and the skills and experience of Artan team specialists. Thanks to God and the tireless efforts of the Artan team members throughout various stages, in the first step, the official license for this company's activities as an accelerator and coworking space was obtained from the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare, and in the next step, through the proposal submitted and meetings and negotiations held with the esteemed officials of Pardis Technology Park, the principle agreement for launching the accelerator under the brand "Artan" was issued by the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology of the Presidency.

Now, the "Artan" accelerator intends to launch the "Artan Startup Collection," which includes a coworking space, accelerator, and entrepreneurship cafe (Cafe Ka), with the favorable promise received from the esteemed officials of the province, after the approval of the Islamic Council of Tabriz city, in one of the most beautiful historical houses of the city named "Khane Nikdel," with the motivation to be able to work hand in hand with entrepreneurs and side by side with startup teams in the field of entrepreneurship and productive economy, linking the proud past of this province to its fruitful future.

It is worth mentioning that this accelerator will operate in the field of technology and urban innovations, especially health and culture, and intends to contribute to the balanced and sustainable development of the ecosystem by developing converging technologies and emphasizing future mega-trends, particularly in the ICT sector (such as the Internet of Things, blockchain, fintech, etc.).

The Technology Editorial Team of Tabriz hopes that the Artan accelerator, by achieving success in accelerating startups in Tabriz, will break the spell of the unsuccessful presence of accelerators in this city and become a pioneer in this field in Tabriz.  However, it must be accepted that a difficult path lies ahead for this accelerator. From some external problems such as the lack of a developed culture in the urban community for accepting technology, the migration of specialized forces, and the lack of proper understanding by officials, to internal organizational problems such as challenges related to teamwork and business model, will be among the complexities of the path ahead for this accelerator.
