انقلاب بلاکچین ۲ / بررسی فعالیت‌های حوزه ماینینگ، ارزهای دیجیتال و تکنولوژی‌های بلاکچین Novai Group Hosts Second Blockchain Revolution Event with Reza Taghipour

اکوسیستم فناوری ایران همیشه تحت تاثیر وجود فاصله میان فعالان این حوزه و دولتمردان و در نتیجه ی آن قانون گذاری ضعیف، غیرشفاف و شکل گیری مافیا در حوزه های مختلف بوده است؛ در نتیجه ی این رویکرد جامعه ی ایرانی صرفا مصرف کننده بوده و کمتر توانسته است از این فناوری ها در مسیر رشد و تجلی اقتصاد خود استفاده کند. بلاکچین نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نیست؛ از دو سال پیش و همزمان با رشد معروف بیت کوین که الهام بخش تاسیس بیشتر شرکت های بلاکچین ایرانی بوده است هنوز هیچگونه قانون گذاری در این حوزه انجام نگرفته و به طرز عجیبی شاهد تناقض بین رویکردهای مختلف سازمانی در مورد این تکنولوژی هستیم. (که نمونه آن را میتوان در پذیرفته شدن ماینینگ به عنوان یک صنعت توسط وزارت صمت و از طرفی عدم وجود بستر لازم برای واردات قانونی دستگاه های استخراج ارزهای دیجیتال دید!)

در همین راستا مجموعه نوآی با همکاری و مساعدت اداره کل ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات استان، اداره کل استاندارد استان و استانداری آذربایجان شرقی در صدد برگزاری سلسله رویدادهای "انقلاب بلاکچین" برآمده است تا با حضور فعالان این حوزه و همچنین مسئولان مربوطه در قالب پنل های گفتگو به بررسی جنبه های قانونی فعالیت در حوزه ی خرید، فروش و استخراج ارزهای دیجیتال پرداخته و در راستای استفاده از پتانسیل های این تکنولوژی انقلابی برآییم.

دومین رویداد انقلاب بلاکچین با حضور جناب آقای دکتر رضا تقی پور، نماینده رهبر معظم انقلاب در شورای عالی فضای مجازی و وزیر سابق ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات برگزار خواهد شد.

ثبت نام از طریق ایوند

The technology ecosystem of Iran has always been influenced by the gap between the actors in this field and the policymakers, resulting in weak and opaque legislation and the formation of mafias in various sectors; as a result of this approach, Iranian society has merely been a consumer and has been less able to utilize these technologies for the growth and manifestation of its economy. Blockchain is no exception to this rule; since two years ago, coinciding with the famous rise of Bitcoin, which inspired the establishment of most Iranian blockchain companies, no legislation has been enacted in this field, and we strangely witness contradictions between various organizational approaches regarding this technology. (An example of this can be seen in the acceptance of mining as an industry by the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, while there is a lack of necessary infrastructure for the legal import of cryptocurrency mining devices!)

In this context, the Novai group, in collaboration with the General Directorate of Communications and Information Technology of the province, the General Directorate of Standards of the province, and the East Azerbaijan Governorate, is planning to hold a series of events titled "Blockchain Revolution" to examine the legal aspects of activities in the field of buying, selling, and mining cryptocurrencies with the presence of active players in this field as well as relevant officials in the form of discussion panels, and to harness the potential of this revolutionary technology.

The second event of the Blockchain Revolution will be held with the presence of Mr. Reza Taghipour, the representative of the Supreme Leader in the Supreme Council of Cyberspace and former Minister of Communications and Information Technology.
