به گزارش ایرنا، با امضای تفاهمنامه همکاری بین شهردار تبریز و دبیر ستاد فناوریهای ریاستجمهوری؛ فعالیت شرکتهای دانشبنیان در تبریز توسعه مییابد.
این تفاهم نامه با هدف تحول دانش بنیان در حوزه های مختلف فرهنگی و هنری، از جمله برنامه ریزی و سیاست گذاری، بهره گیری از منابع فیزیکی و سخت افزاری و حمایت از تاسیس و راه اندازی موسسه ها و شرکت های دانش بنیان، تدوین شده است.
تعهدات شهرداری تبریز در این تفاهم نامه چیست؟
بر اساس این تفاهم نامه، شهرداری تبریز متعهد می شود با ایجاد بانک اطلاعات و معرفی نخبگان حوزه فرهنگی، اختصاص مکان های لازم برای ایجاد مراکز مختلف فرهنگی و برگزاری همایش ها و مسابقات با رویکرد دانش بنیان، با ستاد مذکور همکاری کند.
این در حالی است که هنوز هیچ منبعی نحوهی حمایت و شرایط حمایتی شهرداری تبریز را در اینباره منتشر نکرده است و بیم آن میرود که این تفاهمنامه نیز فقط باندازه یک برگه کاغذ باقی بماند و شاهد فعالیت های عملیاتی واقعی در راستای آن نباشیم.

This is while no source has yet published the way of support and the supportive conditions of Tabriz Municipality in this regard, and there is concern that this memorandum may remain just a piece of paper without any real operational activities in line with it.
