معرفی فیلم The Intern
بِن (رابرت دنیرو) پیرمرد بازنشسته ای است که تصمیم می گیرد که دوباره به بازار کار برگردد اما در عین حال می داند که بازگشتنش به کار با شرایطی که دارد، بسیار سخت است. به همین منظور، وی به سراغ اعضای اداره کننده یک سایت آنلاین فشن می رود که همه کاره این مجموعه دختری به نام جولز استین (آن هاتاوی) می باشد. بِن در این شرکت به عنوان کاراموز مشغول به کار می شود و رفته رفته به دلیل تجربه های بسیار خوبی که در زندگی کسب کرده، در دل افراد جا باز می کند اما…
نکات مهمی پیرامون این فیلم برای مدیران و CEO ها و موسسان استارتآپ ها نیز وجود دارد . درس اول این نکته می باشد که مرز زندگی شخصی و زندگی استارت آپی خود را از هم جدا کنید . بازیگر زن فیلم همزمان با تاسیس استارت آپ و موفقیت هان آن این مرز را نادیده میگیرد و هرچند در استارت آپ خود موفق و در حال پیشرفت هست اما زندگی شخصی خود را از دست می دهد . طلاق و از هم پاشیدگی زندگی شخصی قطعا در آینده حتی روی استارت آپ موفق نیز تاثیر بد خواهد داشت و بهترین سیاست حفظ مرزبندی میان آنها می باشد.
نکته بعدی دوری از شلوغ کاری و بهم ریختگی هست . در این فیلم با یک میز شلوغ و بهم ریخته در وسط شرکت روبرو هستیم که هرچند تاثیری در روند استارت آپ جولز ندارد اما ناخودآگاه احساس منفی به کارمندان استارت آپ منتقل می کند . این نماد در فیلم نشان دهنده این نکته ریز می باشد که گاهی می بایست در حین پیشرفت استارت آپ خود خانه تکانی نیز انجام دهیم و از پیچیدگی و شلوغی و بهم ریختگی دوری کنیم و تا پایان مسیر توسعه و پیشرفت همیشگی استارت آپ آن را مد نظر داشته باشیم.
و در آخر، تماشای این فیلم به تمامی کسانی که سودای کارآفرینی در سر میپرورانند، شدیدا توصیه میشود. آیا همه ما آمادگی پذیرش و مهمتر از آن، مدیریت آنچه در مسیر تولد و بلوغ یک کسب و کار رخ میدهد را داریم؟

There are important points regarding this film for managers, CEOs, and startup founders. The first lesson is to separate your personal life from your startup life. The female actor in the film ignores this boundary while establishing her startup and achieving success, and although she is successful and progressing in her startup, she loses her personal life. Divorce and the disintegration of personal life will definitely have a negative impact on even a successful startup in the future, and the best policy is to maintain boundaries between them.
The next point is to avoid clutter and chaos.
