کشور ترکیه به دلیل نزدیکی فرهنگی و جغرافیایی خود به کشورمان، بالاخص به شهر تبریز به یکی از اولین مقاصد دانشجویان و متخصصانی تبدیل شده است که به دنبال موقعیتهای شغلی بهتری هستند. در رشته تخصصی خودمان، اگر نگاهی ساده به اطرافتان بیاندازید حتما شما هم دوستانی دارید که برای کار در زمینه برنامه نویسی، طراحی وب، مدیریت سرور و ... راهی کشور ترکیه شدهاند.
در این گپ صمیمی، به سراغ سه نفر از دوستانی رفتم که تجربه کار حرفهای در ترکیه را داشتهاند و از آنها خواستم شرایط کار تخصصی حوزه فناوری اطلاعات در ترکیه را برای خوانندگان Tabriz.io تشریح کنند.
امید زمانی : ترکها نمکگیرم کردند
امید زمانی برنامه نویس اندرویید است و بیش از چهار سال سابقه فعالیت در ایران در زمینهی برنامه نویسی را داشته است.
من بیشتر از چهار سال قصد فعالیت در ایران رو داشتم که همواره با شکست مواجه شد. همیشه همه کارفرماها برای پروژه هاشون یا نمیخواستن پولی خرج کنن یا اگر قصد استخدام داشتند هم در حد قانون کار حقوق میدادند و یا سعی داشتند تا با یک پنجم مبلغ واقعی، پروژه رو به انجام برسون. به همین خاطر عملا کار کردن توی ایران(تبریز) برام به صرفه نبود. پس به فکر مهاجرت افتادم. ابتدا از سفر قبلیم، با چند مدیر پروژه ای که باهاشون آشنا شده بودم این تصمیمم رو در میون گذاشتم. اونها هم جاهایی رو پیشنهاد کردند. با یکیشون به توافق اولیه رسیدم و به آنکارا برای توافق کامل رفتم. متاسفانه توافق حاصل نشد. در نتیجه چون نمیخواستم برگردم، به ایزمیر رفتم تا اونجا زندگی کنم. یک روز یک نفر از طرف شرکتی در استانبول با من تماس گرفت و گفت که دوست دارن با من دیدار کنن. برای اینکار با توجه به اینکه من در ایزمیز بودم و اونها در استانبول، برام بلیط رفت و برگشت گرفتند. بعد از مصاحبه و دیدار، به توافق رسیدیم. قرار شد آخر هفته همراه با وسایلم بیام، که بلیط اومدنم و هتل محل اقامتم رو هم تهیه کردن. این چیزها برای من غیر منتظره بود. فکر نمیکردم یک برنامه نویس رو تا این حد تحویل بگیرن. تا ۱۵ روز برام خونه دادن تا خودم برای خودم خونه اجاره کنم. حتی بلیط دو بار اومدنم به ایران برای اخذ ویزا رو هم اونا تهیه کردند و اینگونه شد که اصطلاحا نمک گیر کردند. البته بعد ها فهمیدم که اینکار ها زیاد هم غیر عادی نیست.
امید زمانی در مقابل ساختمان محل کارش در ترکیه
شرکتی که اونجا کار میکنم در واقع یکی از وارد کنندگان تلفن همراه به ترکیه است و شاید بشه گفت که یکی از پنج شرکت بزرگ در این زمینه هست. اینجا یه واحد فناوری اطلاعات هم داره که علاوه بر کار روی سیستم B2B شرکت، یه استارتاپ هم شروع کردند که یک شبکه اجتماعی هست. یک شبکه اجتماعی جدید با امکاناتی که احتمالا مورد قبول کاریران قرار خواهد گرفت. برای اینکه ما روی این پروژه بتونیم راحتتر تمرکز کنیم رییس شرکت یه واحد در طبقه 41 یک برج اجاره کرد تا در محیطی آرام بتونیم پروژه رو پیش ببریم. البته همونقدر هم انتظار داره.
مثلا انتظار داره که سیستم پیامرسانی در کیفیت بین المللی باشه. یا کاری که برای مثال فقط واتساپ یا توییتر انجام داده رو ما هم انجام بدیم که این باعث میشه هر روز چالش جدیدی داشته باشیم و چیزهای جدیدی یاد بگیریم. یک چیزی که اینجا برام جالبه، استفاده طیف گسترده مردم از اینترنت و گوشی های هوشمند هست. تقریبا میشه گفت از هفت سال تا هفتاد سال، هر کس بنابه بضاعت مالی، از گوشی های هوشمند و به طبع اون از برنامه های کاربردی استفاده خوبی و کاربردی میکنن. در مورد قشر متخصص هم میتونم بگم که یا واقعا چیزی نمیدونن، یا اونایی هم که میدونن خیلی خوب و حرفه ای هستن توی تخصصشون. استارتاپای خوبی توی ترکیه دارن کار میکنن که اغلب بوسیله بومی ها نوشته شده اند. مثل ووسکرین، یمک سبدی، هپسی بورادا، صاحیبیندن و...
در مورد کار برای ایرانی ها هم اینجا محیط مناسبی هستش. اغلب برای شرکت ها مهم نیس که ملیتتون چیه. مهم توانایی و شخصیت شماست. دوستان ایرانی، که اینجا در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات مشغول کارند و من میشناسم کم نیستند. اغلب در گپهامون از رضایت شغلیمون حرف میزنیم. البته آشنا بودن به زبان ترکی باعث راحتتر شدن ارتباط و رضایت بیشتر هم میشه اغلب.
در ضمن، شما اینجا علاوه بر حقوق، هزینه غذا و هزینه رفت آمد هم دریافت میکنید که برای من نکته جالبی بود.
وحید حسین زاده : ایرانیان در کار با ویزای توریستی و مزایای شغلی مشکلات زیادی دارند
وحید حسین زاده علاقمند و فعال در حوزه نرم افزار است که از سال ۸۱ فعالیت خود را آغاز کرده است. مدتی در دوران دانشگاه با پروژههای رباتیک و اتوماسیون صنعتی درگیر بوده و همچنین چند عدد ربات نیمه صنعتی و مسابقهای طراحی و ساخته است، با این حال بعد از ظهور سیستم عامل اندروید از اولین افرادی بوده است که شروع به فعالیت و طراحی اپلیکیشن در این حوزه کرده است.
وحید حسن زاده - برنامه نویس اهل تبریز در ترکیه
من خاطر مسایلی که توسعه دهندههای نرم افزارایران با آنها مواجه هستند و فرصت شغلی ایجاد شده در ترکیه برای انجام چند پروژه نرم افزاری به آن کشور مهاجرت کردم. پاییز 93 بود که به درخواست شرکتی فعال در زمینه توریسم جهت طراحی و پیاده سازی چند سیستم تحت وب و اندرویدی که سرویس دهنده خدمات گردشگری بودند و برای پیوستن به تیم برنامه نویسی آنها به بخش اروپای استانبول دعوت شدم و بعد از استارت کارم که به صورت غیر رسمی صورت میگرفت برای گرفتن ویزای توریستی اقدام کردم تا بتوانم تا یکسال بدون خروج از ترکیه در آنجا بمانم ولی بعد از انجام پروژهها که حدود 6 ماه به طول انجامید بدلیل مشکلاتی که برای آن شرکت پیش آمد ترجیح دادم موقتا برگردم و الان در تبریز ساکنم.
ترکیه با توجه به روابطش با اروپا و میل شدید برای توسعه ارتباطات و بکارگیری فناوری های روز توانسته بازار نسبی خوبی در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات در مقایسه با ایران ایجاد کند، از بزرگترین دلایلی که روند رشد این حوزه را تسریع کرده است ایجاد بستر مناسب و زیرساختی است که متخصصین فناوری اطلاعات هر کشوری بدون آنها تنها تا مرزهای مشخصی قابلیت رشد دارند.
اکثر ایرانیهای مقیم ترکیه در پروژههای متوسط فناوری اطلاعات با شرکتهای ترکیهای همکاری میکنند با ویزای توریستی یکساله و به صورت غیررسمی به فعالیت خود ادامه میدهند و این غیررسمی بودن در بیشتر موارد باعث سوء استفاده آن شرکتها چه در میزان پرداخت و چه در ارایه خدمات و مزایای کارمندان از قبیل بیمه و ... می شود.
فرزان طینتی : توسعه کاری ماحصل شبکه سازی و ارتباطات صمیمی در دورهمیهای دوستانه است
فرزان سه سال است که به کشور ترکیه مهاجرت کرده است و در حال حاضر بعنوان توسعه دهنده رابط کاربری در استارتاپ Voscreen فعالیت میکند.
من برنامهای از پیش برای سفر به ترکیه نداشتم و فقط کولهبارم را جمع کردم و عازم سفر شدم. البته دوستان بسیاری در ترکیه داشتم و برادرم نیز مقیم و دانشجو اینجا بود و همچنین به تدریس زبان مشغول بود. دوستانم میگفتند که پیدا کردن کار جدید در اینجا راحت است و واقعا هم اینچنین شد و سه روز بعد از اینکه به استانبول رسیدم یک شغل جدید پیدا کردم. البته اولین شغل من برخلاف انتظارم در زمینه فناوری اطلاعات نبود و مجبور شدم برای گذارن امور و شناخت بیشتر از فضا نزدیک به ۸ ماه مشغول تدریس زبان انگلیسی بشوم.
فرق عمدهای که جامعهی استانبول با جامعهی تبریز دارد در اینجاست که شما روزانه در جمعهای مختلف و در کنار افرادی با تخصصهای گوناگون قرار میگیرید، افراد گزینههای بسیاری برای وقتگذراندن با یکدیگر دارند و در نهایت این ارتباطات بر روی پیشرفتهای شخصی بسیار تاثیرگذار هستند. در یکی از این دورهمیها من با شخصی آشنا شدم که در زمینهی تخصصی من یعنی برنامه نویسی فعالیت میکرد و کسبوکاری در این زمینه داشت. او به من درباره استارتاپ و فعالیتهایشان توضیح داد و گفت به دنبال یک همتیمی برنامهنویس تحت وب هستند. من آنها را در رویداد ۴۸ ساعته NASA Space Apps که در دانشگاه فنی استانبول برگزار میشد همراهی کردم و در نهایت به این نتیجه رسیدیم که توانایی همکاری با یکدیگر را داریم و از هفتهی بعد کار بر روی استارتاپی به اسم وولشن را آغاز کردیم. وولشن محتوای تمامی شبکههای اجتماعی را در طول برگزاری یک رویداد دستهبندی میکرد و در یک صفحه یکتا نمایش میداد. ما در نهایت موفق شدیم بعد از سه ماه اولین نسخه از استارتاپمان را به یک شرکت بزرگ برگزار کننده رویداد در استانبول بفروشیم و پس از آن همهی کارها کنار گذاشتیم و به دنبال سرمایهگذار گشتیم.
فرزان طینتی - اولین نفر از سمت چپ - در دفتر کار استارتاپ Voscreen
ابتدا در رویداد دانشگاه فنی استانبول برای جایزه مالی و تور بازدید از آمریکا شرکت کردیم، هرچند تیم سه نفره ما موفق به دریافت آن جایزه نشد ولی در عوض محلی را در دانشگاه به ما اختصاص دادند تا دیگر هزینهی دفتر کار را متحمل نشویم و همچنین تحت آموزشهای عمومی و انفرادی تخصصی در زمینهی بازاریابی و فروش استارتاپمان قرار بگیریم ولی در نهایت دچار مشکلاتی در کار تیمی بین اعضای استارتاپ و همچنین دغدغههای مالی شدیم و تصمیم گرفتیم که از هم جدا شویم.
در اینجا هم همانند ایران یافتن سرمایهگذار برای استارتاپ کار دشواری است با این تفاوت که اینجا روحیهی حمایتی بسیاری قوی دارند و شرکتهای بینالمللی بسیاری همچون IBM و Microsoft و بقیه حضور دارند که بدون چشمداشت حمایتهای مادی و معنوی میکنند. مراجعه به دفتر یک شرکت محلی در تبریز بسیار سختتر از مراجعه به دفتر مرکزی مایکروسافت در استانبول است.
مدتی گذشت و من با CTO شرکت Voscreen آشنا شدم که به دنبال برنامهنویس تحت وب میگشتند. Voscreen استارتاپی است که از محتوای فیلمها، سریالها و ... برای آموزش زبان انگلیسی استفاده میکنند. او من را به دفتر شرکت برد و با مدیرعامل آشنا کرد. مدیرعامل Voscreen بسیار خاکی و صمیمی برخورد کرد و به هیچوجه شبیه به مدیرعاملی نبود که استارتاپش بیش از ۱ میلیون و ۳۰۰ هزار کاربر دارد. من بعنوان برنامهنویس بسیار مبتدی به آنها ملحق شدم و در طی سه ماه فقط آموزش دیدم. در ابتدا به خاطر اینکه از فضای استارتاپی ترسیده بودم و تجربه تلخی از شکست داشتم فقط میخواستم در جایی کار کنم که بعنوان یک برنامهنویس حقوق مشخصی دریافت میکند. ولی شرایط Voscreen تفاوت داشت و اگر کسی میخواست در آنجا به کار خود ادامه دهد میبایست روحیهی قوی کار تیمی داشت و هرچه در توان داشت را روی کار میگذاشت.
محبت و احترامی که من از ترکها و فضای استارتاپی ترکیه در طی این سه سال دیدم بسیار جالب بود. شاید من بسیار خوششانس بودهام که تمامی کسانی که به پست من خوردهاند افراد خوشقلبی بودهاند که روحیه حمایتی داشتهاند و صرفا تاجر نبودهاند. من تقریبا در دریافت حقوق خود مشکلی نداشتم، پیشنهادهای مالی که تا به امروز به من شدهاند معقول بودهاند و همیشه به موقع حقوق خود را دریافت کردهام. مشکل اصلی کار تخصصی برای اتباع خارجی در ترکیه ویزای کار است. تهیه این ویزا برای شرکتهای ترک هزینهی زیادی دارد که اغلب زیر بار آن نمیرود و ایرانیها نیز اغلب با این مشکل دست و پنجه نرم میکنند.
با همهی اینها من به این خاطر ترکیه را انتخاب کردم که آسانترین انتخاب ممکن برای من بود و اگر به سه سال پیش برگردم برای بار دوم استانبول را انتخاب نمیکنم و یکی از شهرهای اروپایی را ترجیح میدهم. چراکه وقتی در جایی مستقر بشوید، دیگر حرکت دوباره کار سختی است و شبیه به آغاز کردن از صفر میماند.

Omid Zamani: The Turks treated me well
Omid Zamani is an Android developer with over four years of experience in programming in Iran.
I intended to work in Iran for more than four years, but I always faced failure. Employers always either didn't want to spend money on their projects or if they intended to hire, they paid salaries only at the legal minimum or tried to complete the project for one-fifth of the actual amount. For this reason, working in Iran (Tabriz) was not cost-effective for me. So I thought about immigrating. Initially, I shared my decision with a few project managers I had met during my previous trip. They suggested some places. I reached a preliminary agreement with one of them and went to Ankara for a complete agreement. Unfortunately, the agreement did not materialize. As I didn't want to return, I went to Izmir to live there. One day, someone from a company in Istanbul contacted me and said they wanted to meet with me. For this, since I was in Izmir and they were in Istanbul, they booked a round-trip ticket for me. After the interview and meeting, we reached an agreement. It was decided that I would come with my belongings at the weekend, and they also arranged my arrival ticket and hotel accommodation. This was unexpected for me. I didn't think they would treat a programmer so well. They provided me with a house for 15 days to rent my own place. They even arranged my two return tickets to Iran for visa acquisition, and that's how I was treated well. Later, I realized that these things are not so unusual.

The company I work for is actually one of the importers of mobile phones to Turkey and can be said to be one of the five largest companies in this field. They also have an IT unit that, in addition to working on the company's B2B system, has started a startup that is a social network. A new social network with features that will likely be accepted by users. To help us focus better on this project, the company president rented a unit on the 41st floor of a tower so we could advance the project in a calm environment. Of course, he also expects a lot.
For example, he expects the messaging system to be of international quality. Or the work that, for example, WhatsApp or Twitter has done, we should also do, which causes us to have new challenges every day and learn new things. One thing that is interesting to me here is the wide range of people using the internet and smartphones. It can be said that from seven years old to seventy years old, everyone, according to their financial capacity, makes good and practical use of smartphones and consequently applications. Regarding the specialized class, I can say that either they really don't know much, or those who do know are very good and professional in their field. There are good startups in Turkey that are mostly written by locals, such as Voscreen, Yemk Sabzi, Hepsi Burada, Sahibinden, and...
Regarding work for Iranians, this is a suitable environment. For most companies, it doesn't matter what your nationality is. What matters is your ability and personality. There are many Iranian friends who work here in the field of information technology that I know. We often talk about our job satisfaction in our chats. Of course, being familiar with the Turkish language also makes communication easier and increases satisfaction.

I immigrated to Turkey due to the issues that software developers in Iran face and the job opportunities created in Turkey for several software projects. It was fall 2014 when I was invited by a company active in tourism to design and implement several web and Android systems that provided tourism services and to join their programming team in the European part of Istanbul. After starting my work, which was informal, I applied for a tourist visa so that I could stay there for a year without leaving Turkey, but after completing the projects, which took about 6 months, due to problems that arose for that company, I preferred to temporarily return, and now I live in Tabriz.

Farzan Teynti: Career development is the result of networking and close relationships in friendly gatherings
Farzan has been living in Turkey for three years and currently works as a user interface developer at the startup Voscreen.
I had no prior plan for traveling to Turkey; I just packed my backpack and set off. Of course, I had many friends in Turkey, and my brother was also residing here and was a student, as well as teaching language. My friends said that finding a new job here is easy, and it really was, as I found a new job three days after arriving in Istanbul. However, my first job, contrary to my expectations, was not in the field of information technology, and I had to spend about 8 months teaching English to get by and to get to know the environment better.
The main difference between the community in Istanbul and the community in Tabriz is that you are daily in various gatherings alongside people with different specialties; individuals have many options for spending time together, and ultimately these connections greatly impact personal advancements. In one of these gatherings, I met someone who was active in my specialty, programming, and had a business in this field. He explained to me about the startup and their activities and said they were looking for a web programmer teammate. I accompanied them at the 48-hour NASA Space Apps event held at Istanbul Technical University, and we ultimately concluded that we could collaborate, and from the following week, we started working on a startup called Volshen. Volshen categorized the content of all social networks during an event and displayed it on a unique page. Eventually, we succeeded in selling the first version of our startup to a large event organizing company in Istanbul after three months, and after that, we set aside all other work and looked for investors.

Initially, we participated in the Istanbul Technical University event for a financial prize and a tour to visit the USA; although our three-person team did not win that prize, they allocated a space for us at the university so we wouldn't have to bear office costs anymore, and we also received general and individual specialized training in marketing and sales for our startup. However, we ultimately faced problems in teamwork among the startup members and also financial concerns, and we decided to separate.
Here, just like in Iran, finding investors for a startup is a difficult task, with the difference that there is a very strong supportive spirit here, and many international companies like IBM and Microsoft are present, providing material and spiritual support without expecting anything in return. Visiting a local company's office in Tabriz is much harder than visiting the headquarters of Microsoft in Istanbul.
Some time passed, and I met the CTO of the company Voscreen, who was looking for a web programmer. Voscreen is a startup that uses content from movies, series, etc., to teach English. He took me to the company's office and introduced me to the CEO. The CEO of Voscreen was very down-to-earth and friendly and did not resemble a CEO of a startup with over 1.3 million users at all. I joined them as a very beginner programmer and spent three months just learning. Initially, because I was scared of the startup environment and had a bitter experience of failure, I only wanted to work somewhere where a programmer receives a specific salary. But the conditions at Voscreen were different, and if someone wanted to continue working there, they had to have a strong team spirit and put everything they had into their work.
The love and respect I have received from the Turks and the startup environment in Turkey over these three years have been very interesting. Perhaps I have been very lucky that everyone I have encountered has been kind-hearted individuals with a supportive spirit and not just merchants. I have had almost no issues receiving my salary; the financial offers I have received so far have been reasonable, and I have always received my salary on time. The main issue for foreign nationals working in Turkey is the work visa. Obtaining this visa is very costly for Turkish companies, which they often do not want to bear, and Iranians also often struggle with this problem.
With all this, I chose Turkey because it was the easiest choice for me, and if I could go back three years, I would not choose Istanbul again and would prefer one of the European cities. Because once you settle somewhere, moving again becomes a difficult task and feels like starting from scratch.
