پس از برگزاری موفق اولین و دومین دوره این کنفرانس، دانشکده فناوری اطلاعات و مهندسی کامپیوتر دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان در نظر دارد تا سومین دوره این کنفرانس را در سطح ملی برگزار کند. لذا دبیرخانه کنفرانس DCBDP2017 از پژوهشگران، محققین، متخصصان، صاحبنظران و انديشمندان مراکز تحقيقاتي و دانشگاهي دعوت به عمل می آورد تا با شرکت در کنفرانس و ارايه آخرين دستاوردهاي علمي و مقالات تحقیقاتی خود در دو زبان انگلیسی و فارسی، این کنفرانس را در رسیدن به اهداف خود یاری کنند. مقالات پذیرش شده در کتابچه همایش چاپ، منتشر و توسط پژوهشگاه علوم و فناوری اطلاعات ایران، سیویلیکا و نیز ISC نمایه خواهند شد.

سخن دبیر کنفرانس
کنفرانس ملی محاسبات توزیعی و پردازش داده های بزرگ یکی از جدیدترین رویدادهای علمی کشور است که در زمینه های تخصصی مهندسی کامپیوتر در کشور برگزار میشود. هدف از برگزاری سومبن دوره این کنفرانس، گسترش دانش در موضوعات مرتبط و ایجاد محیطی علمی و فنی جهت ارائه آخرین دستاوردهای علمی پژوهشی، تبادل اطلاعات و همچنین آشنایی با مسائل و دستاوردهای روز این حوزه می باشد. در این راستا، طی برگزاری کنفرانس محققان یافتههای خود را به صورت مقالات علمی ارائه میکنند. همچنین برگزاری کارگاههای آموزشی توسط متخصصان صنعت و دانشگاه نیز از دیگر اهداف کنفرانس خواهد بود. مسؤولیت برگزاری سومین دوره این کنفرانس برعهده دانشکده مهندسی کامپیوتر و فناوری اطلاعات دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان، به عنوان یکی از دانشگاههای مطرح کشور می باشد. امیدواریم که با یاری ایزد منان در برگزاری این رویداد بزرگ و مهم موفق باشیم.

After successfully holding the first and second sessions of this conference, the Faculty of Information Technology and Computer Engineering at Shahid Madani University of Azerbaijan intends to hold the third session of this conference at the national level. Therefore, the secretariat of the DCBDP2017 conference invites researchers, scholars, specialists, experts, and thinkers from research and academic centers to participate in the conference and present their latest scientific achievements and research articles in both English and Persian, to assist the conference in achieving its goals. Accepted articles will be published in the conference proceedings booklet and indexed by the Iranian Research Institute for Information Science and Technology, Civilica, and ISC.

The National Conference on Distributed Computing and Big Data Processing is one of the newest scientific events in the country, held in the specialized fields of computer engineering. The aim of holding the third session of this conference is to expand knowledge on related topics and create a scientific and technical environment for presenting the latest scientific research achievements, exchanging information, and familiarizing with current issues and achievements in this field. In this regard, during the conference, researchers will present their findings in the form of scientific papers. Additionally, holding educational workshops by industry and university specialists will also be among the other goals of the conference. The responsibility for organizing the third session of this conference lies with the Faculty of Computer Engineering and Information Technology at Shahid Madani University of Azerbaijan, as one of the prominent universities in the country. We hope to succeed in organizing this significant and major event with the help of the Almighty.
