مرکز نوآوری دانشگاه تبریز همزمان با دهه فجر و با حضور دکتر سورنا ستاری، معاون علمی و فناوری رییس جمهوری افتتاح شد.
به گزارش روابط عمومی دانشگاه تبریز، معاون علمی و فناوری رییس جمهور در آیین افتتاح مرکز نوآوری دانشگاه تبریز گفت: ارتباط صنعت با دانشگاه تنها راه پیشرفت جامعه است؛ دانشگاه و صنعت در صورتی موفق خواهند شد که متکی به مراکز رشد و دانش بنیان بوده و به جای استفاده ابزاری از منابع، فرهنگ کارآفرینی و اقتصاد دانش بنیان را تقویت کنند.
دکتر سورنا ستاری افزود: اتکاء کشور به منابع نفتی از جمله نکاتی است که مانع سوق جوانان به سمت نوآوری می شود؛ چرا که در دنیای امروز، صادرات مواد خام، نه تنها افتخاری برای کشورها محسوب نمی شود، بلکه از ضعف آنها در استفاده بهینه از منابع موجود حکایت دارد.
وی همچنین جایگاه دانشگاه ها را در نوآوری و رشد مراکز دانش بنیان بسیار مهم خواند و متذکر شد: اولین و مهم ترین اصل رشد اقتصادی مبتنی بر شرکت های دانش بنیان، استفاده از نیروی کار جوان و با انگیزه دانشگاهی و حمایت همه جانبه از آنهاست و ایده ها و موارد اقتصادی در اولویت های بعدی قرار دارند.
معاون علمی و فناوری رییس جمهور، همچنین استفاده از بخش های خصوصی در پروژه های پژوهشی را ضروری دانست و گفت: تا موقعی که بخش های خصوصی مرتبط با مراکز دانش بنیان در امر نوآوری به کار گرفته نشوند، کیفیت پژوهش توسعه نخواهد یافت.
رییس دانشگاه تبریز نیز در این آیین با اشاره به دستاوردهای این دانشگاه در حوزه های مختلف گفت: در حال حاضر در این دانشگاه بیش از 24 هزار دانشجو مشغول به تحصیل هستند که از این تعداد 45 درصد در مقاطع رشته های تکمیلی ادامه تحصیل می دهند.
دکتر محمدرضا پورمحمدی در ادامه افزود: وجود 200 آزمایشگاه تحقیقاتی، چندین قطب علمی، مرکز تحقیقاتی و نزدیک به 800 عضو هیات علمی از دیگر توانمندی های این دانشگاه است.
وی اضافه کرد: رسالت این مرکز که در نوع خود کم نظیر است، هدایت تیم های نوآور و صاحبان ایده و توانمندسازی آنها درجهت تولید و تجاری سازی محصولات فناورانه بوده که امری مهم و تاثیر گذار در توسعه علمی این دانشگاه است. در همین راستا با حمایت معاونت علمی ریاست جمهوری درصدد ایجاد پارک تخصصی" ITC" هستیم.
رییس مرکز رشد واحدهای علم و فناوری دانشگاه تبریز نیز در این آیین با اشاره به تامین فضای مناسب برای برگزاری رویدادهای شتاب(شکوفایی و توانمندسازی ایده های برتر) در این مرکز، گفت: 30 دفتر کار مجزا و سالن های کارگروهی برای شتاب دهی فعالیت تیم های مرحله پیش رشد آماده شده است.
دکتر ضیاءالدین دائی کوزه کنانی اضافه کرد: این مرکز امکانات پیشرفت را برای صاحبان ایده فراهم ساخته و تیم هایی که مرحله پیش رشد را با موفقیت پشت سر بگذارند خواهند توانست برای ادامه فعالیت وارد مرکز رشد واحدهای فناور شوند.
وی افزود: مرکز نوآوری دانشگاه تبریز بصورت شبانه روزی در مدت زمان 6 ماه و با هزینه 18 میلیارد ریال در فضایی به وسعت 4 هزار متر مربع به بهره برداری رسیده است.

Dr. Sorena Sattari added: The country's reliance on oil resources is one of the factors that prevents young people from moving towards innovation; because in today's world, exporting raw materials is not only not an honor for countries, but also indicates their weakness in optimizing the use of available resources.
He also considered the role of universities in innovation and the growth of knowledge-based centers to be very important and emphasized: The first and most important principle of economic growth based on knowledge-based companies is the use of young and motivated academic workforce and comprehensive support for them, while ideas and economic matters are prioritized afterwards.
The Vice President for Science and Technology also deemed the use of private sectors in research projects essential and said: As long as private sectors related to knowledge-based centers are not engaged in innovation, the quality of research will not improve.
The president of Tabriz University also mentioned in this ceremony the achievements of this university in various fields, stating: Currently, more than 24,000 students are studying at this university, of which 45 percent continue their studies in postgraduate programs.
Dr. Mohammad Reza Pour Mohammadi further added: The existence of 200 research laboratories, several scientific poles, research centers, and nearly 800 faculty members are other capabilities of this university.
He added: The mission of this center, which is unique in its kind, is to guide innovative teams and idea owners and empower them towards the production and commercialization of technological products, which is an important and impactful matter in the scientific development of this university. In this regard, with the support of the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology, we are seeking to establish a specialized park "ITC".
The president of the Growth Center of Science and Technology Units of Tabriz University also mentioned in this ceremony that a suitable space has been provided for holding acceleration events (blossoming and empowering top ideas) in this center, stating: 30 separate office spaces and working group halls have been prepared for accelerating the activities of pre-growth teams.
Dr. Ziaoddin Dai Kozeh Konani added: This center has provided advancement facilities for idea owners, and teams that successfully pass the pre-growth stage will be able to enter the growth center of technology units for further activities.
He added: The Innovation Center of Tabriz University has been operational around the clock for 6 months at a cost of 18 billion rials in an area of 4,000 square meters.
