استاندار آذربایجان شرقی، دکتر پورمحمدی؛ که پیشتر ریاست دانشگاه تبریز را بر عهده داشته است، به بازدید از کارخانه نوآوری در تهران پرداخت. طی این بازدید شیوهی فعالیتهای صورت گرفته در کارخانه نوآوری و روند تاثیرگذاری آن بر اکوسیستم کارآفرینی برای ایشان تشریح گشت. این سفر در ادامه دیدار دکتر مهدیزاده (مشاور معاون علمی ریاست جمهوری) از استان صورت گرفته است.

بازدید دکتر پورمحمدی از کارخانه نوآوری تهران نشاندهنده علاقه شخص استاندار به کسبوکارهای مبتنی بر نوآوری و فناوری بوده و حاکی از آن است که وی به دنبال توسعه زیرساختهای مشابه در سطح استان هستند.
با این وجود این سوال مطرح میشود که در صورت تصمیم مبنی بر راهاندازی کارخانه نوآوری در تبریز تکلیف بقیه زیرساختهای موجود (مرکز نوآوری دانشگاه تبریز، بنیاد نخبگان و ...) چه خواهد بود. همچنین حضور و فعالیت مسئولان مراکز مرتبط استان در دیدار مذکور این سوال را به ذهن متبادر میکند که کارنامه غیرقابل قبول مدیران این مراکز آیا ما را با خانه نخبگان دیگری روبرو خواهد کرد؟

The Governor of East Azerbaijan, Dr. PourMohammadi; who previously held the presidency of Tabriz University, visited the innovation factory in Tehran. During this visit, the methods of activities carried out at the innovation factory and its impact on the entrepreneurial ecosystem were explained to him. This trip follows the visit of Dr. Mahdizadeh (Advisor to the Vice President for Science and Technology) to the province.

The visit of Dr. PourMohammadi to the Tehran Innovation Factory indicates the governor's personal interest in innovation and technology-based businesses and suggests that he is looking to develop similar infrastructures at the provincial level.
However, this raises the question of what will happen to the existing infrastructures (Tabriz University Innovation Center, Elite Foundation, etc.) if a decision is made to establish an innovation factory in Tabriz. Additionally, the presence and activities of officials from related centers in the mentioned meeting raises the question of whether the unacceptable performance of the managers of these centers will confront us with another Elite House?

من تقاضایی از دوستان و فعالین اکوسیستم دارم اونم اینکه لطفا دوباره مانند قضیه همایش تبریز هوشمند با این مسئله برخورد نکنیم. ما بعضا بدون در نظر گرفتن بعضی از واقعیت ها قضاوت هایی میکنیم که نه تنها کمکی به حال اکوسیستم ما نمیکنه بلکه کسی رو هم که میخواد حرکتی رو به جلو انجام بده منصرف میکنه. اجازه بدین یک بار دیگه داستان همایش تبریز هوشمند را بررسی کنیم چون درس های خوبی تو این داستان هست. من چون خیلی پیگیر این بودم که این رویداد چجوری متولد شده و چجوری قراره ادامه پیدا کنه و بعد از چندین بار رفت و آمد به سازمان فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات شهرداری تقرییا به اصل قضیه پی بردم. داستان خیلی ساده بود. یک کارمند سازمان فناوری با در نظر گرفتن همایش تهران هوشمند تصمیم میگیره تلاش کنه که نمونه ای از این رویداد در تبریز هم برگزار بشه. بعد از کلی بدو بدو در سازمان، این فرد موفق میشه که سازمان فناوری و خود شهرداری رو نسبت به این موضوع ترغیب کنه. تصمیم بر این میشه که رویدادی برگزار بشه تا در اون رویداد خود بدنه ی شهرداری با عبارت شهر هوشمند بیشتر آشنا بشه و بعد در اردیبهشت سال بعد رویداد اصلی تبریز هوشمند مانند نمونه اون تو تهران، برگزار بشه. رویداد اول برگزار شد اما! بعد از برگزاری رویداد، بعضی از فعالین اکوسیستم و بعضا بعضی غیر اکوسیستمی واکنش تندی به این رویداد نشان دادند مانند این متن" با وجود تعهد و علاقه جدی دکتر ایرج شهین باهر، شهردار محترم و اعضای شورا به هوشمندسازی شهر تبریز، برخی دنبال سواستفاده شخصی از این موضوع و انحراف آن هستند، صادقانه هشدار میدهم اگر با اقدامات خود منافع تبریز را به خطر بیندازند؛ به هر قیمتی کوتاه نمی آییم". که البته بعضی از این واکنش ها فقط در قالب یک متن نبوده و حتی مسئله در سطح شورای شهر و شهرداری مطرح میشه. آخر داستان هم که خیلی برای ما ناآشنا نیست الان اون کارمندانی که با شعار ما هم میتوانیم شروع کرده بودند دیگر آن ذوق و شوق را ندارند و علاوه بر این زیر فشار بالادستانشان قرار دارند و فکر کنم دیگر نسبت به عبارت شهر هوشمند آلرژی پیدا کرده اند! یکی از مشکلات اکوسیستم ما اینه که در اولین حرکت به دنبال کمال هستیم. اجازه دهیم نوزادانی در شهر متولد شود بعد شروع به تربیت آن ها کنیم. و فرزندان خودمان را با فرزندان تهران مقایسه نکنیم. ما کتاب های نحوه صحیح تربیت رو میخوانیم در حالی که اجازه نمی دهیم نوزادی وجود داشته باشد که تربیت اش کنیم. این موضوع را نباید فراموش کنیم که تصویری که از کمال داریم میتواند جلوی شروع کردن ما را بگیرد. آینده روشنی در انتظار نسل جدید اکوسیستم تبریز هست باید برای رسیدن به اون آینده روشن سعی کنیم از خرد متداول رها بشیم و منافع اکوسیستم رو نسبت به منافع شخصی خودمون ترجیح بدیم. #Tabriz_nextI have a request from friends and ecosystem activists, which is that please do not approach this issue like the Tabriz Smart Conference case. It was decided to hold an event so that the municipality itself would become more familiar with the term smart city, and then in the following May, the main Tabriz Smart event would be held like the one in Tehran. The first event was held, but! After the event, some ecosystem activists and even some non-ecosystem members reacted strongly to this event, like this text: "Despite the commitment and serious interest of Dr. Iraj Shahin Bahar, the respected mayor, and the council members in smartening the city of Tabriz, some are looking to exploit this issue for personal gain and divert it. I sincerely warn that if they jeopardize Tabriz's interests with their actions, we will not back down at any cost." Of course, some of these reactions were not just in the form of a text, and the issue was even raised at the city council and municipality level. In the end, which is not very unfamiliar to us, now those employees who had started with the slogan 'We can too' no longer have that enthusiasm and are under pressure from their superiors, and I think they have developed an allergy to the term smart city! One of the problems of our ecosystem is that we are looking for perfection in the first move. Let’s allow infants to be born in the city and then start raising them. And let’s not compare our children with the children of Tehran. We read books on proper upbringing while not allowing an infant to exist that we can raise. We should not forget that the image we have of perfection can prevent us from starting. A bright future awaits the new generation of the Tabriz ecosystem; to reach that bright future, we must try to free ourselves from conventional wisdom and prioritize the ecosystem's interests over our personal interests. #Tabriz_next

اتقاق افتادن چنین چیزی مهم نیست. من زمانی که این شخص رئیس دانشگاه تبریز بود دانشجو بودم اونجا و ساده ترین وسایل رو خودم از خونه(تو شمال) می آوردم دانشگاه. حالا بزنین یا نزنین فرقی نداره مشکل تبریز اینه که افراد غیر خودی را راه نمی ده و حاضر به پول خرج کردن نیستید حالا باور کنید یا نکنید.The occurrence of such a thing is not important. تا جایی که تجربه من قد میده، از اول هرچی آدم خوابزده، بی حال، بی خیال بوده رو به عنوان مسولین استانی و شهری تبریز منصوب کردن، مشکل تبریز اینه نه مسولینش حال بیدار شدن و حرکت رو دارن نه میذارن اونایی که میخوان حرکت کنن آب خوش از گلوشون پایین بره! خدا آقای چوبانی رو حفظ کنه همه جورشو تو این شهر تجربه کرده، ازش بپرسین میگه! راه نجات اکو سیستم کسب و کار تبریز اطلاع رسانی های مکرره. یعنی مرتبا تو گوش اهالی ساکن این شهر بخونیم و با مستندات نشون بدیم که بابا تو دنیا چه کارهایی صورت میگیره و ما کجاییم و چیکار می کنیم. و با این مقایسه حس برتری جویی آدمهای این شهر رو برانگیخته کنیم تا شاید دوباره شهر اولین ها بشه.As far as my experience goes, from the beginning, they appointed all the sleepy, lethargic, and indifferent people as provincial and city officials in Tabriz.
