بسیاری از افراد که در ذهن خود ایده جدیدی را می پرورانند یا حتی یک گام جلوتر رفته و ایده خود را به عرصه عمل کشانده و آن را تا حدودی تولید کرده اند، همواره با چالش های بزرگی درگیر خواهند بود. چالشی که گاها انقدر مشکل آفرین است که باعث می شود این افراد خلاق از ادامه مسیر خود دست بکشند.

برای به ثمر رسیدن بسیاری از ایده ها علی الخصوص در حوزه محصولات تولیدی به سرمایه قابل توجه ای احتیاج است. این بار تیمی دور هم جمع شده اند تا این مشکل را برای افراد خلاق و صاحب ایده و محصول از بین ببرند. در همین راستا این تیم که متشکل از فعالان فناوری اطلاعات و اساتید استان های آذربایجان شرقی و زنجان قصد برگزاری بزرگترین جشنواره ارزش آفرینی(کارآفرینی) و تجاری سازی ایده ها و محصولات خلاقانه در شمالغرب کشور با نام ستاک را دارند.
ستاک محلی است که افراد می توانند اختراعات، ایده ها و محصولات خلاقانه خود را در زمینه های مختلف کسب و کار اینترنتی، اپلیکیشن، بازی های رایانه ای ، دستگاه های الکترونیکی، کشاورزی، پزشکی، نانو، رباتیک، اینترنت اشیا ، مدیریت شهری و غیره توسط کارآفرینان موفق، منتورها و مربیان با تجربه گسترش دهند و مقابل سرمایه گذاران قرار داده و آنها را مجاب نمایند که بر روی ایده و محصول آنها سرمایه گذاری کنند.
اولین رویداد جشنواره ستاک با حضور مدیران شتابدهنده ها در تاریخ های 14 و 15 ام تیرماه به ترتیب در زنجان و تبریز برگزار خواهد شد.که این رویداد به عنوان دروازه ورود شرکت کنندگان به جشنواره ستاک می باشد.
پس از ثبت نام در گردهمایی،افراد می بایست ایده و محصول خود را در پنلی ( لینک پنل پس از ثبت نام ارسال می شود) که در اختیار آنها قرار می گیرد ثبت کنند. تمامی حقوق مادی و معنوی ایده ها و محصولات ثبت شده در نزد مسئولین برگزاری جشنواره محفوظ است و حقوق معنوی ایده ها و محصولات در ستاک ثبت خواهد شد و به هیچ وجه جز منتورها و مربیان و سرمایه گذاران به پروفایل آنها دسترسی نخواهند داشت.
ستاک در یک دوره تقریبا دو ماهه برگزار خواهد شد و دارای 3 بخش می باشد.
بخش اول: افتتاحیه جشنواره و گردهمایی بزرگ مدیران شتابدهنده ها
در این بخش که در قالب یک رویداد در هر استان برگزار خواهد شد مدیران 7 شتابدهنده کشور حضور خواهند داشت و در زمینه های مختلف شروع یک کسب و کار نوپا، اهمیت و چگونگی جذب سرمایه سخنرانی خواهند کرد، تمامی ایده ها و طرح ها که در پنل افراد ثبت شده بودند توسط این بزرگواران نیز ارزیابی خواهند شد. و تیم ها را برای شروع مناسب کسب و کار خود راهنمایی خواهند کرد. مدیران شتابدهنده ها و شورای متخصصین جشنواره ایده ها و محصولات ثبت شده را بررسی خواهند کرد و در صورت نزدیک بودن به استانداردهای تعیین شده، ایده ها و محصولات تایید اولیه خواهند شد و مجوز حضور در جشنواره ستاک را دریافت خواهند کرد.
علاوه بر سخنرانی ها دو بخش دیگر جشنواره ستاک به صورت کامل معرفی خواهد شد و تمامی سخنرانان، منتورها، عناوین کارگاه های آموزشی و محل برگزاری رویدادها و کارگاه ها اعلام خواهد شد.
بخش دوم: دوره طلایی (برگزاری رویدادها، وبینار ها و کارگاه های آموزشی متنوع توسط کارآفرینان موفق و اساتید مجرب)
در این بخش ستاک، کارآفرینان مستعد را در خلق ارزش و رسیدن به رویاهایشان در مسیر موفقیت حمایت می کند. در همین راستا تیم اجرایی ستاک مسیر حمایتی 8 گانه را تعریف کرده تا افراد با قدم گذاشتن در این مسیر و با همراهی کثیری از
منتورها و مربیان با تجربه، ایده ها و محصولات خود را گسترش دهند. در طول این مسیر بیش از 40 ساعت کارگاه آموزشی در چارچوب این مسیر 8 گانه توسط اساتید و منتورهای مجرب و بنام استانی برگزار خواهد شد.

علاوه بر این، در طول این دوره بیش از 30 کارآفرین موفق، مدیران و کارشناسان ارشد شرکت های بزرگ و مدیران استارتاپ های موفق تجربیات خود را در قالب رویدادهای یک روزه و وبینارها با شرکت کنندگان به اشتراک خواهند گذاشت.
تیم اجرایی ستاک به همراه منتورها و اساتید تمام تلاش خود را بکار خواهند برد تا افراد و تیم ها، ایده ها و محصولات خود را پرورش و گسترش دهند و در قالب ساخت MVP (حداقل محصول قابل عرضه) پیاده سازی کنند.
بخش سوم: اختتامیه جشنواره و برگزاری رویداد جذب سرمایه به همراه جمع کثیری از سرمایه گذاران
تیم اجرایی ستاک می تواند با افتخار اعلام کند که برای اولین بار توانسته سرمایه گذاران سنتی استانی را برای شرکت در این نوع رویدادها جذب نماید تا بتواند قدم کوچکی در جهت فرهنگ سازی و جذب سرمایه گذاران سنتی به منظور سرمایه گذاری در کسب و کارهای نو بردارد. علاوه بر حضور سرمایه گذاران استانی نمایندگانی از شرکت های سرمایه گذاری بزرگ کشور نیز حضور خواهند داشت تا بر روی ایده ها و محصولات سرمایه گذاری کنند.

Setak is a place where individuals can showcase their inventions, ideas, and creative products in various fields of internet business, applications, computer games, electronic devices, agriculture, medicine, nanotechnology, robotics, the Internet of Things, urban management, etc., through successful entrepreneurs, mentors, and experienced coaches, and present them to investors to convince them to invest in their idea and product.

Setak will be held over a period of approximately two months and consists of 3 sections.

All ideas and plans registered in the individuals' panel will also be evaluated by these esteemed individuals, and they will guide the teams for a suitable start to their business. The accelerator managers and the festival's expert council will review the registered ideas and products, and if they are close to the established standards, the ideas and products will receive initial approval and obtain permission to participate in the Setak festival.
In addition to the speeches, two other sections of the Setak festival will be fully introduced, and all speakers, mentors, titles of educational workshops, and the locations of events and workshops will be announced.
Section Two: Golden Period (Holding events, webinars, and diverse educational workshops by successful entrepreneurs and experienced professors)
