پس از حضور دکتر براری، معاونت پارلمانی وزارت ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات در اواخر سال گذشته در تبریز و آشنایی ایشان با فضای فناوری اطلاعات در شهر تبریز، شاهد علاقه و انگیزه بالای ایشان برای آغاز و پیگیری جدی ارتباط وزارتخانه با فعالان فناوری اطلاعات تبریز بودیم. نتیجهی این اشتیاق برگزاری جلسات همکفری وزارت ارتباطات با فعالان فناوری اطلاعات تبریز بود که در طی ۴ ماه گذاشته دو بار برگزار شده است. بهمن حسین زاده که مسئولیت برگزاری این جلسات را بر عهده دارد درباره این جلسات چنین میگوید:
هدف از این جلسات حمایت از حوزه کسب و کار دیجیتال و نوین خصوصا در زمینه فناوری اطلاعات بوده و از کسانی که در این حوزه فعال ، خلاق و نوآورند دعوت به حضور کرده و آمادگی هرگونه حمایت از جمله برگزاری استارت آپ برای شناسایی این افراد و سرمایه گذار برای ایده های نو می نماید .
جلسات همفکری وزارت ارتباطات چه هدفی را دنبال میکند؟
طی این جلسات بارها این موضوع طرح شد که دولت به دنبال حمایت حداکثری و دخالت حداقلی در راهاندازی کسبوکارهای نوپا و شرکتهای دانش بنیان است. با این وجود به نظر میرسد وزارت فناوری اطلاعات با وجود انگیزهی بسیار زیاد برای حمایت از استارتاپها هنوز به برنامهی دقیقی در این مسیر نرسیده است و با برگزاری این نشستها به دنبال یافتن راهکاری مناسب است.

What goal do the brainstorming sessions of the Ministry of Communications pursue?
During these sessions, it was repeatedly mentioned that the government seeks maximum support and minimal intervention in the establishment of startups and knowledge-based companies. Nevertheless, it seems that the Ministry of Information Technology, despite having a very high motivation to support startups, has not yet reached a precise program in this regard and is looking for a suitable solution by holding these meetings.
