اگر دانشجوی رشته های رشته های فنی (به ویژه مهندسی برق و کامپیوتر) باشید، احتمالا با فرادرس آشنا هستید. فرادرس هم اکنون با بیش از 40 هزار دانشجو، موفق ترین استارتاپ کشور (و خاورمیانه) در حوزه آموزش است. ریشه این استارت آپ به حدود 15 سال قبل و همراهی دو دانشجوی مهندسی برق دانشگاه تبریز و ذهن خوشفکر دکتر اسماعیل آتشپز گرگری و دکتر سیدمصطفی کلامی هریس باز میگردد.

در فرادرس تاکنون بیش از ۲هزار ساعت محتوای آموزشی در زمینه نگارش متون آکادمیک، برنامه نویسی، علوم کامپیوتر، هوش مصنوعی، آمار، مهندسی مکانیک، مهندسی عمران، علوم تجربی و ... تولید، منتشر و فروخته شده است. به گفتهی مدیران فرادرس:
هماکنون، هر ماه یکصد ساعت به آموزشهای فرادرس اضافه میشود (در عرض یکسال آینده آموزشها دو برابر خواهدشد). همچنین، دانشجویانی از کشورهای افغانستان، تاجیکستان، عراق (+ اقلیم کردستان) از آموشهای فرادرس استفاده میکنند.
فرادرس یک جنبش بزرگ برای عدالت در آموزش
بنیانگذاران فرادرس، فرادرس را بیشتر از اینکه یک کسب و کار با تعریف رایجش بدانند، آنرا یک جنبش میدانند. یک حرکت با هدف ایجاد تغییر در آموزش دانشگاهی در دنیا. همراهان و بدنه این جنبش نیز دانشجویان (فعلاً سراسر ایران و در آینده در سرتاسر دنیا) هستند. بهطور ویژه دانشجویان شهرستانها و نقاط دوردست کشور و آنهایی که بهره کمتری از عدالت آموزشی در کشور داشتهاند، اصلیترین همراهان فرادرس هستند. اگر مدل کسب کار را به معنی قلب تپنده یک پروژه کارآفرینی در نظر بگیریم، موتور محرکه فرادرس دانشجوها هستند که با این حرکت همراه شدهاند.

اسماعیل آتشپز گرگری که یکی از بنیانگذاران فرادرس است، در حال حاضر دکترای تخصصی مهندسی برق خود را از دانشگاه تگزاس A&M آمریکا اخذ نموده است و مسیر پیش روی خود را در فرادرس یک مسیر جهانی میداند. او معتقد است که فرادرس فعلی بخشی کوچک از پروژهی بزرگ و جهانی فرادرس است. به زودی مصاحبه ما با بنیانگذاران فرادرس را در Tabriz.io بخوانید.

If you are a student in technical fields (especially Electrical and Computer Engineering), you are probably familiar with Faradars. Faradars is currently the most successful startup in the country (and the Middle East) in the field of education, with over 40 thousand students. The roots of this startup go back about 15 years, involving two Electrical Engineering students from Tabriz University and the brilliant minds of Dr. Ismail Atashpaz Gorgari and Dr. Seyed Mostafa Kalami Haris.

So far, over 2000 hours of educational content in the fields of academic writing, programming, computer science, artificial intelligence, statistics, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, experimental sciences, and more have been produced, published, and sold at Faradars. According to the managers of Faradars:
Currently, one hundred hours of training is added to Faradars every month (in the next year, the training will double). Additionally, students from Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Iraq (+ Kurdistan Region) are utilizing Faradars' education.
Faradars is a great movement for justice in education
The founders of Faradars consider it more of a movement than a business in the conventional sense. A movement aimed at creating change in academic education worldwide. The supporters and body of this movement are students (currently all over Iran and in the future across the world). Specifically, students from small towns and remote areas of the country, and those who have had less access to educational justice in the country, are the main supporters of Faradars. If we consider the business model as the beating heart of an entrepreneurial project, the driving force of Faradars is the students who have joined this movement.

Ismail Atashpaz Gorgari, one of the founders of Faradars, is currently obtaining his PhD in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University in the USA and considers his path at Faradars a global one.
