دو سال پیش در همایش پنج شنبه بازار که در مورد برنامه نویسی اندروید بود شرکت کردم و بعد از اون همایش به فکر این بودم تا همایشی با عنوان همایش توسعه دهندگان اپل برگزار کنم اما چون سن زیادی نداشتم هر وقت جایی ایده اش رو مطرح میکردم مسخره میکردند و فکر میکردند یه فکر الکی هست و بعد از گذشت چند روز از ذهنم پاک میشه در اون زمان حدود ۱۶ سال داشتم.
یک سال گذشت و در دومین دوره پنج شنبه بازار شرکت کردم و در این دو سال تجربه های خوبی رو بدست اوردم اما همیشه به عنوان شرکت کننده بودم و طی برنامه تعیین شده همایش جلو میرفتم و در نهایت همایش به پایان میرسید و بر میگشتیم خونه…
ایده همایش توسعه دهندگان اپل همیشه در ذهن من بود ولی به صورت جدی از تیر ماه ۱۳۹۵ شروع به برنامه ریزی کردم و با هر برگزار کننده همایشی که صحبت میکردم میگفتند موفق نمیشید و نمیتونید بالای ۱۰۰ نفر شرکت کننده داشته باشید و اون اوایل حتی تا کنسل کردن این همایش رفته بودم که بعدا منصرف شدم ، در یک گروه تلگرامی که ۲ نفر بودن که تقریبا خیلی باهم دوست بودیم و مدیریت اون گروه بودیم :)) این ایده رو بین اشون مطرح کردم و استقبال کردند اما در اوایل میخواستیم یه دورهمی بذاریم تو یکی از شهر ها و چند تا کارگاه برگزار کنیم که بعد گفتیم چرا یکم گسترده تر شروع نکنیم؟ و یه همایش تو سطح ملی برگزار نکنیم؟ بعد گفتیم همایش کجا برگزار بشه ؟ من که خودم تبریز بودم گفتم تو تبریز برگزار کنیم اما این مشکل بود که ما میتونیم ۲۰۰ نفر از کل کشور جمع کنیم؟ برای چنین همایش هایی تهران خیلی خوب بود و به دنبال سالن خوب تو تهران بودیم اما وقتی قیمت سالن هارو میدیدم وحشت زده میشدیم که برای یه روز حدود ۱۰ میلیون فقط هزینه سالن می شد.
از تیر ماه برنامه ریزی ها و عنوان کارگاه هارو مشخص کردیم و به دنبال سخنران و مربی خوب و معروف بودیم…
موضوع رو به چند تا برنامه نویس حرفه ای iOS گفتم اما به جای حمایت یه طوری مسخره کردند یا وقتی تماس میگرفتم باهاشون گوشی رو به صورت عمد قطع میکردند و وقتی دوباره تماس میگرفتم گوشی شون خاموش بود..
یعنی وقتی کمی حرفه ای هستیم نباید به همایش های کوچکی محل بگذاریم؟
این ایده در شهرداری تهران مطرح شد و به خوبی از این ایده حمایت کردند و هماهنگی هارو باهم انجام دادیم و در نهایت برج میلاد برای این همایش انتخاب شد، من که تبریز بودم به مدت یک هفته به تهران رفتم تا کارای هماهنگی رو با سایر دبیران اجرایی (احمد فاضلی و رضا آقا محمدی) انجام بدهیم.
تمامی هماهنگی ها برای محیط مرکز همایش ها و کافه رسانه برج میلاد انجام شده بود و قرار بود یک هفته قبل همایش به اونجا بریم و سایر هماهنگی ها و خرید های این همایش را انجام بدهیم.
بعد از چند روز به ما گفتند که اگر نام اپل و لوگو اپل از تبلیغاتتون حذف نشه (بنابه دلایلی که دوست ندارم بگم) مجبور به کنسل کردن این همایش هستیم که ناچاراً عنوان همایش را به همایش توسعه دهندگان آی او اس تغییر دادیم.
دو هفته تا همایش مونده بود که گفتند برج میلاد کنسل هست و به یک همایش پزشکی تا ۲۷ ام دادن و تمامی برنامه ریزی های ما بهم خورد ولی به لطف مسولین شهرداری در در مدت ۴ روز یک مکان جدید (سرای محله جماران) برای ما انتخاب کردند.
وقتی رفتیم فضای اونجا رو دیدیم گفتیم خیلی بهتر از برج میلاد هست درسته که سالنش ظرفیتش کم بود و تو استرس این بودیم که نکنه جا برای بعضی از شرکت کننده ها نباشه ولی بالاخره تمامی این مشکلات رو قبول کردیم و برای مکان جدید برنامه ریزی کردیم.
در سرای محله جماران فضای کارگاه های ما محدود بود که به ما قول ۳ کلاس رو داده بودند که در روز همایش یک کلاس به ما دادند و مجبور شدیم یکی از کارگاه هارا حذف کنیم و یکی را در سالن اصلی برگزار کنیم.
در کل این رویداد برای من ۱۸ ساله تجربه فوق العاده بزرگی بود در کنار تمامی مشکلات این رویداد به خوبی به پایان رسید اما دوستانی بودند که ناراضی بودند
ناراضی به خاطر اینترنت
ناراضی به خاطر فضای محدود
ناراضی به خاطر دیر حاضر شدن آب جوش
و..
در برج میلاد ما اینترنت برای شرکت کنندگان آماده کرده بودیم اما در مکان جدید نتونستیم چنین کاری انجام بدیم حتی از شرکت پیشگامان،مبین نت،ایرانسل و.. مذاکره کرده بودیم که متاسفانه تا روز همایش نتونستیم این امکان را برای شرکت کنندگان فراهم کنیم.
برنامه ما قبل از ظهر واقعا بی هماهنگ بود چون در چنین همایش هایی باید سالن رو چند روز قبل تحویل بگیرند و هماهنگی ها و.. انجام بدهند
اما به ما ساعت ۷ صبح سالن را تحویل داده بودند و تا ساعت ۸:۳۰ فرصت داشتیم میز ها،بخش پذیرش،پذیرایی و.. را آماده کنیم.
بعد از ناهار تقریبا برنامه ما هماهنگ شده بود و همه چیز طبق برنامه ریزی ما جلو میرفت.
واقعا هماهنگی های قبل برگزاری یک همایش فوق العاده سخت است اما من خوشحالم که تونسته بودیم این هماهنگی هارو به خوبی انجام بدیم هرچند بیشتر اتفاقات را پیش بینی نکرده بودیم مثل خراب شدن پروژکتور کارگاه یا تموم شدن باتری میکرفون و…
اما تجربه خیلی خوبی بود هم برای من و هم برای سایر اعضای تیم اجرایی!

در ساعت ۸:۳۰ تقریبا نصف شرکت کنندگان در فضای بیرونی سالن جمع شده بودند و راس ساعت ۸:۳۰ وارد سالن شدند و پس از پذیرش و پذیرایی به سالن اصلی رفتند
سخران اول مهیار رزقی بود که در مورد تاک نت صحبت کرد
و بعد از مهیار امیر حبیب زاده در مورد کار تیمی سخرانی کرد
در پنل گفتگو آرش سروری با علی نادعلیزاده ، احمد هاشمی و هوتن مرادی در مورد نحوه شروع به کار و مشکلات آن ها در این مسیر سوال کرد.
جذاب ترین بخش همایش ، بخش مسابقه بود که اپلیکیشن های برگزیده ، اپلیکیشن های خود را معرفی کردند و تیم داوری اپلیکیشن منتخب را انتخاب کرد.
در پایان این همایش نیز از اپلیکیشن های برگزیده نیز تجلیل شد و تندیسی به رسم یادبود به آنان اهدا شد
Two years ago, I participated in the Thursday Market conference about Android programming, and after that conference, I was thinking about holding a conference titled Apple Developers Conference. However, since I was quite young, whenever I mentioned the idea somewhere, they mocked me and thought it was a silly idea that would fade from my mind after a few days. At that time, I was about 16 years old.
A year passed, and I participated in the second round of the Thursday Market, and during these two years, I gained good experiences, but I was always a participant and followed the scheduled program of the conference, and eventually, the conference would end, and we would go back home...
The idea of the Apple Developers Conference was always in my mind, but I seriously started planning from Tir 1395 (July 2016), and every conference organizer I spoke to said I wouldn't succeed and that I couldn't have more than 100 participants. In the beginning, I even considered canceling this conference, but later I changed my mind. In a Telegram group with two friends who were quite close, we managed that group :)) I proposed this idea among them, and they welcomed it. However, at first, we wanted to hold a gathering in one of the cities and organize a few workshops, but then we thought, why not start a bit broader? Why not hold a national conference? Then we discussed where to hold the conference. Since I was in Tabriz, I suggested we hold it in Tabriz, but the problem was whether we could gather 200 people from all over the country. For such conferences, Tehran was a great option, and we were looking for a good venue in Tehran, but when we saw the prices of the venues, we were horrified that it would cost about 10 million for just one day.
From Tir, we specified the planning and workshop titles and were looking for good and famous speakers and trainers...
I mentioned the topic to several professional iOS developers, but instead of support, they mocked me, or when I called them, they would deliberately hang up, and when I called again, their phones were off..
Does that mean when we are a bit professional, we shouldn't pay attention to small conferences?
This idea was proposed to the Tehran Municipality, and they supported it well, and we coordinated everything together, and finally, Milad Tower was chosen for this conference. Since I was in Tabriz, I went to Tehran for a week to coordinate with other executive secretaries (Ahmad Fazeli and Reza Aghamohammadi).
All the coordination for the conference center and the media café at Milad Tower was done, and we were supposed to go there a week before the conference to finalize other arrangements and purchases for this conference.
A few days later, we were told that if the name Apple and the Apple logo were not removed from your advertisements (for reasons I don't want to mention), we would have to cancel this conference, so we reluctantly changed the title of the conference to the iOS Developers Conference.
Two weeks before the conference, they told us that Milad Tower was canceled and had given it to a medical conference until the 27th, and all our planning fell apart, but thanks to the officials of the municipality, within 4 days, they selected a new venue (Saraye Mahaleh Jamaran) for us.
When we went to see the space there, we said it was much better than Milad Tower, although its hall had a smaller capacity, and we were stressed about whether there would be enough space for some participants, but we accepted all these problems and planned for the new venue.
In Saraye Mahaleh Jamaran, our workshop space was limited, and they had promised us 3 classrooms, but on the day of the conference, they only gave us one classroom, and we had to cancel one of the workshops and hold one in the main hall.
Overall, this event was an extraordinary experience for me at 18 years old. Despite all the problems, this event ended well, but there were friends who were dissatisfied.
Dissatisfied because of the internet.
Dissatisfied because of the limited space.
Dissatisfied because of the late arrival of hot water.
And...
At Milad Tower, we had prepared internet for the participants, but at the new venue, we couldn't do such a thing. We had even negotiated with companies like Pishgaman, Mobin Net, Irancell, etc., but unfortunately, we couldn't provide this facility for the participants until the day of the conference.
Our program before noon was really uncoordinated because in such conferences, the hall should be handed over a few days in advance for arrangements, etc.
But they handed over the hall to us at 7 AM, and we had until 8:30 to prepare the tables, reception area, refreshments, etc.
After lunch, our program was almost coordinated, and everything was going according to our planning.
Coordinating before holding a conference is incredibly difficult, but I am happy that we managed to do this coordination well, even though we hadn't predicted many events, such as the projector breaking down during the workshop or the microphone battery running out, etc.
But it was a very good experience for both me and the other members of the executive team!
Summary Report of the iOS Developers Conference
At 8:30, almost half of the participants had gathered in the outdoor area of the hall and entered the hall at exactly 8:30, and after reception and refreshments, they went to the main hall.
The first speaker was Mahyar Razghi, who talked about Tak Net.
And after Mahyar, Amir Habibzadeh spoke about teamwork.
In the discussion panel, Arash Sorouri asked Ali Nadali Zadeh, Ahmad Hashemi, and Hootan Moradi about how they started working and their challenges along the way.
The most exciting part of the conference was the competition section, where the selected applications introduced their apps, and the judging team selected the winning app.
At the end of this conference, the selected applications were also honored, and a trophy was awarded to them as a souvenir.
