حضور ۱۰۰ها مدیر دولتی در نمایشگاه ربع رشیدی
در مسیر سالن امیرکبیر نمایشگاه بینالمللی تبریز که بالا میروم قلبم با سرعت بیشتری شروع به تپیدن میکند، شاید برای ما اهالی فناوری هر چیزی که رنگ و بوی فناوری گرفته باشد (و یا حداقل نامش را یدک بکشد) تداعی گر چنین حس و حالی شود. بعنوان ناظری که عادت دارد در حد توان دیدهها و شنیدههایش را مستند کند، نمایشگاه ربع رشیدی ۹۶ دچار نقاط قوت و ضعف بسیاری بود. نقاطی که بد نیست بیشتر دربارهشان صحبت کنیم تا شاید تنها نمایشگاه واقعیِ فناوری در منطقه از سال آینده گوشه چشمی هم به نقدها و نظرات داشته باشد.
نظر به قانون تماشای نیمه پر لیوان باید اذعان کرد که نمایشگاه نوآوری و فناوری ربع رشیدی اتفاق خوبی برای منطقه است. اتفاقی که به ندرت شاهد آن هستیم که شخصی از بدنه دولت با چنین اهتمامی {به هر نحوی که شده} اجازه ندهد چنین جریانی از حرکت بایستد و حداقل چند سال متوالی آن را برگزار کند.
نقاط قوت نمایشگاه ربع رشیدی
۱) ارتباط گیری و شبکه سازی
حتما شما هم آن جمله معروف آقای گیتس را فراموش نکردهاید که اگر یک دلارش باقی مانده باشد آن را صرف روابط عمومی و ارتباط سازی میکند. ذات نمایشگاه هم برای همین است. برای یافتن فرصتهای جدید و شناخت آدمهای جدید. تصور میکنم نمایشگاه ربع رشیدی تا حد زیادی در این امر موفق بوده است و ۲۰ تا ۲۴ آبان فرصت خوبی محیا میشود تا هزاران ارتباط جدید شکل بگیرد. نشان به آن نشان که بارها در طول سال خواهید شنید: من فلانی را برای اولین بار در نمایشگاه رینوتکس دیدم! هرچند میتوان سازوکارهای بهتری ترتیب داد تا این شبکهسازی به بالاترین سطح خود برسد ولی در سطح فعلی نیز اتفاق خوبی است.
۲) ایجاد Hype! و جلب توجه عموم
به واسطه نمایشگاه توجه بسیاری به منطقه آذربایجان و اتفاقاتی که در اینجا در حال رخ دادن است جلب میشود. مسئولان دولتی درجه بالا میآیند و میروند و حتی اگر کاری نکنند و نهایت کمکشان به چند عکس با صاحب طرح ختم شود، باید راضی باشیم که اندک زمانی را صرف این کار کرده اند و شاید منجر به اتفاقات خوب { موافقتها و چراغ سبزهای بیشتر } در آینده شود.
از طرفی حضور عموم مردم، بچه های دبیرستانی و کم سن و سالتر در نمایشگاه بسیار ارزشمند است و متوجه میشوند که نمایشگاه واقعی به نمایش نوآوری میپردازد و نه مانند امثال نمایشگاه الکامپ تبریز محلی برای فروش آنتی ویروس و سیمکارت شود.
۳) دانشگاه و صنعت در کنار یکدیگر
نمایشگاه ربع رشیدی تنها فرصتی است که دانشگاهیان و صنایع در منطقه کنار هم جمع میشوند و قطعا فرصت خوبی است برای اینکه حداقل دو کلام با یکدیگر خارج از فضای بروکراتیک! هم صحبت شوند و دردهای واقعی یکدیگر را بفهمند.
نقاط ضعف نمایشگاه ربع رشیدی
حال که سه نقطه قوت برای نمایشگاه ربع رشیدی نوشتم، بد نیست به برخی نقاط ضعف این نمایشگاه در سال ۱۳۹۶ هم بپردازم :
۱) عدم حضور شرکتهای قدرتمند در بخش فناوری اطلاعات
اگر راستش را بخواهید من نمیتوانم درباره بخشهای دیگر اظهار نظر کنم ولی آنچه در بخش فناوری اطلاعات از شرکتهای حاضر دیدم قرابت چندانی با مفهوم فناوری نوین اطلاعاتی نداشت. شناخت نسبی من از فضای شهر تبریز ثابت کرده است شرکتها و استارتاپهای بسیاری هستند که در پستوی خود مشغول به کارند و میبایست از گوشه و کنار بیرون کشیدشان.
اگر بضاعت شهر همینقدر بود، این نقد بیجا بود ولی تحت شرایطی که بسیاری شرکتهای قدرتمند، افراد نوآور و استارتاپهای قدرتمند در این زون فعال نبودند { به غیر از یکی دو مورد!} باید از خود این سوال را پرسید که چرا چنین شده است؟
۲) بی نظمی!
بعنوان کسی که دوستان زیادی در بین صاحبان غرفهها داشتم آه و نالهها از بینظمی حاکم بر شیوه مدیریت نمایشگاه زیاد بود. یکی از دوستان در اولین روز نمایشگاه این پیام را برایم ارسال کرده بود:
سلام سعیدجان
در خصوص نمایشگاه موارد زیر رو به اطلاع میرسانم که اگر به دردت بخوره تو گزارش استفاده کن
نمایشگاه امسال خیلی بی کیفیت تر از سال پیش برگزار شده، ناهماهنگی ها به حدی بود که تیم ما در اولین روز نمایشگاه روز نمایشگاه با اینکه هزینه کامل رو پرداخت کرده بودیم از حضور انصراف دادیم و فقط استند رو تو غرفه مشترک غیرمرتبط با ما رو جایگذاری کردیم و رفتیم.
فقط تا دریافت هزینه پیگیر هستن بعدش بودن و نبودنمان براشون بی اهمیت هستش.
۳) برگزاری بیکیفیت رویدادهای جانبی
هرچند اظهار میشود نزدیک به ۳۰ رویداد همزمان برگزار شده است ولی هیچ گزارشی از کیفیت نحوه برگزاری این رویدادها در دسترس نیست. اغلب رویدادها از ابتدای امر با مشکل جذب کاربر مواجه بودند، برخی برگزار کنندگان هیچ شناختی نسبت به اکوسیستم تبریز نداشتند و بیشتر رویدادها از محتوای کاربردی و مفید برخوردار نبودند.
از برخی بازخوردها نسبت به رویدادهای همزمان که در گوشه و کنار برگزار شده بود مواردی را اینجا آوردهام:

۴) شوخیِ حضور مهمانان خارجی
هرچند بخش اختصاصی برای مهمانان خارجی در نمایشگاه ترتیب داده شده بود ولی همه میزها که اغلب برای چینی ها بودند خالی بود! در رسانهها ممکن است خبر از حضور ده ها شرکت خارجی در نمایشگاه بشنوید که شاید سوء تفاهمهایی را در ذهنتان ایجاد کند.
هرچند امسال برخلاف سال گذشته زمینه همکاری با نمایشگاه نوآوری و فناوری ربع رشیدی فراهم نشد ولی تجربه حضور بعنوان بازدیدکننده برای من تجربه بهتری نسبت به سال پیش بود. چرا که فرصت داشتم به اتفاقات با دقت بیشتری از بیرون نگاه کنم، به ایرادات کار خود پی ببرم و همچنین دوستان جدیدی بیابم. شما درباره نمایشگاه ربع رشیدی سال ۹۶ چه فکر میکنید؟ آیا نقاط ضعفی که به آنها اشاره کردم اشتباه هستند؟ آیا نقاط قوت دیگری وجود دارد؟ دیدگاهتان درباره نمایشگاه را همینجا به شکل کامنت درج کنید و یا اگر مایل هستید به شکل مقاله در بخش دیدگاه سایت درج شود با ما تماس بگیرید.
Presence of hundreds of government managers at the Rabi Rashidi Exhibition
As I walk up the Amir Kabir Hall of the Tabriz International Exhibition, my heart starts to beat faster; perhaps for us in the technology field, anything that has the color and smell of technology (or at least carries its name) evokes such feelings. As an observer who is accustomed to documenting what I see and hear to the best of my ability, the Rabi Rashidi Exhibition in 96 had many strengths and weaknesses. It would be good to talk more about these points so that perhaps the only real technology exhibition in the region can pay attention to critiques and opinions from next year.
Considering the law of seeing the glass half full, it must be acknowledged that the Rabi Rashidi Innovation and Technology Exhibition is a good event for the region. An event that we rarely witness where someone from the government body, with such dedication, {in any way possible} does not allow such a movement to stop and at least holds it for several consecutive years.
Strengths of the Rabi Rashidi Exhibition
1) Networking and Connection Building
You surely haven't forgotten that famous quote from Mr. Gates that if he had one dollar left, he would spend it on public relations and networking. The essence of an exhibition is for this very reason: to find new opportunities and meet new people. I believe the Rabi Rashidi Exhibition has been quite successful in this regard, and from November 20 to 24, a good opportunity will be created for thousands of new connections to form. The proof of this is that throughout the year you will hear: I saw so-and-so for the first time at the Rinotex Exhibition! Although better mechanisms could be arranged to elevate this networking to its highest level, even at the current level, it is a good occurrence.
2) Creating Hype! and Attracting Public Attention
Thanks to the exhibition, a lot of attention is drawn to the Azerbaijan region and the events happening here. High-ranking government officials come and go, and even if they do nothing and their utmost contribution ends with a few photos with the project owner, we should be satisfied that they have spent some time on this and it may lead to good events {more agreements and green lights} in the future.
On the other hand, the presence of the general public, high school students, and younger children at the exhibition is very valuable, and they realize that a real exhibition showcases innovation and is not like the likes of Alcomap Tabriz Exhibition which has become a place for selling antivirus and SIM cards.
3) University and Industry Together
The Rabi Rashidi Exhibition is the only opportunity where academics and industries in the region come together, and it is definitely a good opportunity for at least a couple of words to be exchanged outside the bureaucratic space! to understand each other's real pains.
Weaknesses of the Rabi Rashidi Exhibition
Now that I have written three strengths for the Rabi Rashidi Exhibition, it would be good to address some weaknesses of this exhibition in the year 1396:
1) Lack of Presence of Strong Companies in the IT Sector
To be honest, I cannot comment on other sectors, but what I saw in the IT sector from the present companies did not closely relate to the concept of modern information technology. My relative understanding of the city of Tabriz has proven that there are many companies and startups that are working in the shadows and need to be pulled out from the corners.
If the city's capacity was only this much, this critique would be unfounded, but under the conditions where many powerful companies, innovative individuals, and strong startups were not active in this zone {except for one or two cases!}, one must ask themselves why this has happened?
2) Disorder!
As someone who has many friends among the booth owners, there were many complaints about the disorder prevailing in the management style of the exhibition. One of my friends sent me this message on the first day of the exhibition:

Regarding the exhibition, I would like to inform you of the following points that you can use in your report if it helps you
This year's exhibition was of much lower quality than last year; the disorganization was such that our team, despite having paid the full fee, withdrew from participation on the first day of the exhibition and only placed the stand in a shared booth unrelated to us and left.
They only follow up until receiving the payment; after that, our presence or absence is of no importance to them.
3) Poor Quality of Side Events
Although it is claimed that nearly 30 simultaneous events were held, there is no report available on the quality of how these events were conducted. Most events faced user attraction problems from the very beginning; some organizers had no understanding of the Tabriz ecosystem, and most events lacked practical and useful content.

4) The Joke of the Presence of Foreign Guests
Although a special section was arranged for foreign guests at the exhibition, all the tables, which were mostly for the Chinese, were empty! In the media, you might hear news about the presence of dozens of foreign companies at the exhibition, which may create misunderstandings in your mind.
Although this year, unlike last year, the opportunity for collaboration with the Rabi Rashidi Innovation and Technology Exhibition was not provided, my experience as a visitor was better than last year. Because I had the opportunity to observe events more carefully from the outside, to realize the flaws in my work, and also to find new friends. ربع رشیدی افتضاح ترین رویداد عمرم بود. ایشان از 1500 نفر به نام ایده فناورانه ثبت نام کردن و از هر نفر 60 هزار تومان گرفتند ولی هیچ امکاناتی به هیچ کس ندادند و هیچ تماسی هم نگرفتند. معنی این رخداد چیه؟ کلاهبرداری به معنی واقعی کلمه. با یک حساب سر انگشتی حداقل 100 میلیون تومان فقط از این راه به جیب زدند. وب سایت نمایشگاه یک وب سایت واقعا افتضاح بود و پر از باگ بود و نه خود موسسه کذایی ربع رشیدی جوابگو بود و نه اون به اصطلاح شرکت دانش بنیان سازنده (در مراسم اختتامیه هم ازش قدردانی شد!!!). ربع رشیدی نبش میدان همافر یعنی گرون جای تبریز (البته ولیعصر تبریز زیاد شبیه بالا شهر نیست) رو به اسم خودش زده ولی آیا اندازه یک ارزن از کیفیت چیزی می فهمه؟
و اما رخداد های جانبی. از رخدادهای جانبی هیچ خبری نشد و هیچ تماسی حاصل نشد فقط از برگزار کننده اونها یعنی مرکز نخبگان شهید فهمیده تجلیل شد و جایزه گرفت، یعنی جایزه ما رو ایشان گرفت. طرح های ما چه شد؟ هر عقل سلیمی بوی سرقت ایده در کمال وقاحت رو استنتاج می کنه. شرم بر شما.
شبکه سازی مزیت این رویداد نیست چون هر جایی که چند نفری جمع بشن شبکه سازی امکانش هست. در همه نمایشگاه ها و حتی همفکر خودتون. پس به زور زمین رو بیل نزنین یک چیز مثبت در این نمایشگاه پیدا کنین.
شما که همیشه سعی دارین اسم اولین ها رو که یدک بکشین، متاسفانه در برگزاری بی کیفیت ترین رویداد و حقه بازی هم شماره یک شدین. خوبه مردم ایران بیشتر بشناسن اتون. یک نتیجه فرهنگی هم این رویداد داشت. مردان و پسرای تبریز فقط شاکی هستن و هیچ کدام جرات و عرضه دفاع از حق اش رو در مقابل این افراد سوء استفاده گر ندارن و به همین دلیله این همه راحت و خونسرد کارشون رو انجام دادن. پسرای تبریز فقط در زن ذلیلی و جو گیری ظاهرا شماره یکن. دخترا هم هر وقت موقع شوهر کردن اشون میشه یاد مریم مقدس می افتند و این همه چیز رو از سمت فرهنگی اثبات میکنه. چیزی که همه بهش واقف ان. Your Excellency, when you filter comments arbitrarily, what do you expect someone to come and express their opinion? Anyone who flatters you or the people of Tabriz gets approved immediately, and anyone who doesn't gets deleted.
The Rabi Rashidi event was the most disastrous event of my life. They registered 1500 people under the name of innovative ideas and took 60 thousand tomans from each person, but provided no facilities to anyone and made no contact. What does this event mean? It's fraud in the true sense of the word. With a rough calculation, they pocketed at least 100 million tomans just from this. The exhibition website was truly terrible and full of bugs, and neither the so-called Rabi Rashidi institution was accountable, nor the so-called knowledge-based company that was supposed to be the organizer (they were even appreciated at the closing ceremony!!!). Rabi Rashidi, located at the intersection of Homafer Square, means an expensive place in Tabriz (although Vali Asr in Tabriz doesn't look much like the upper city), but does it understand even a grain of quality?
As for the side events, there was no news about them, and no contact was made; only the organizer, the Shahid Fahmideh Elite Center, was honored and received an award, meaning they took our prize. What happened to our projects? Any sane person would infer the blatant idea theft. Shame on you.
Networking is not the advantage of this event because networking can happen anywhere people gather. In all exhibitions and even among your own peers. So don't forcefully dig the ground to find something positive in this exhibition.
You always try to carry the title of being the first, but unfortunately, you have become number one in organizing the lowest quality event and trickery. It's good for the people of Iran to know you better. This event also had a cultural outcome. The men and boys of Tabriz are only complaining, and none have the courage or ability to defend their rights against these exploitative individuals, which is why they have carried out their actions so easily and calmly. The boys of Tabriz seem to be number one only in being submissive to women and in being influenced. The girls also remember the Virgin Mary whenever it's time for them to get married, and this proves everything from a cultural perspective. Something that everyone is aware of.
نمایشگاه قرار بود روز شنبه شروع بشه و جمعه غرفه رو تحویل بدن که متاسفانه حتی سالن هم آماده نبود چه برسه به غرفه، روز شنبه که اولین روز نمایشگاه بود ساعت 10صبح محل غرفه بالاخره تعیین شد بدون حتی کوچکترین امکانات اولیه.
خوشحالم که از حضور در نمایشگاه انصراف دادیم و به ایجاد شبکه سازی در شبکه های اجتماعی کردیم البته که پیگیر احقاق حقوقمان هستیم.
نمایشگاه نو آوری و فن آوری ربع رشیدی هر سال بدتر از سال گذشته متاسفانه برگزار میشه چون مسئولین، بعد برگزاری فیدبک نمیگرن که تجربه ای بشه برای سالهای بعد. The registration site for the exhibition was truly terrible; due to the bugs present, it took more than three days for us to register our project and make the payment (terrible and shameful for an important event named Tabriz). With all the difficulties, we managed to register our project and are happy about this success!!!
The exhibition was supposed to start on Saturday, and the booths were to be handed over on Friday, but unfortunately, even the hall was not ready, let alone the booths. On Saturday, the first day of the exhibition, at 10 AM, the booth location was finally determined without even the smallest initial facilities.
I am glad that we withdrew from participating in the exhibition and focused on networking on social media, although we are pursuing our rights.
The Rabi Rashidi Innovation and Technology Exhibition is unfortunately getting worse every year because the officials do not gather feedback after the event to learn from the experience for future years.
شما احتمالا در بخش توسعه یا فروش کالای دانش بنیان ثبت نام کرده بودید. اگر در بخش ایده فناورانه بودین چی می گفتین که خوردن و یک آبم روش. My brother, feedback is for those who do their job correctly and fix their minor issues through consultation, not for someone who comes forward with the aim of fraud and material and spiritual gain and gives awards to their friends.
You probably registered in the development or sales section of knowledge-based products. What would you say if you were in the innovative ideas section, that they took it and didn't even care?
به نظرم مشکل اساسی چنین نمایشگاه هایی عدم ساختار راهبردی است و نبود چشم انداز
اصولا در نمایشگاه هایی این چنینی از گروه های کاربری و ngo ها و بنیاد ها دعوت میشه تا سخنرانی و ارایه داشته باشن // اونم رایگان نه با هزینه
به نظرم یک نمایشگاه های استاندارد از این رده باید به سوالات این چنینی پاسخ بده :
نیازهای منطقه ای چیست و چه شرکت ها یا گروه ها با این چالش در گیر هستند ؟
چه فعالیتی انجام شده و افراد چطور میتونه به پروژه به صورت داوطلبانه(آزاد) و غیر داوطلبانه ملحق بشن ؟
چشم انداز برای سالهای آینده چیه ؟
از طریق سایت آیا امکان پیدا کردن شرکت ها و ... موجود هست ؟
آیا نمایشگاه کمک کرده شبکه سازی مستند و بصورت دایرکتوری جامع ایجاد بشه ؟
مشکلات پیش رو چیه ؟

In my opinion, the fundamental problem with such exhibitions is the lack of strategic structure and vision.
In general, in such exhibitions, user groups, NGOs, and foundations are invited to give speeches and presentations, and that too for free, not at a cost.
I believe that a standard exhibition of this kind should answer questions like:
What are the regional needs, and which companies or groups are involved with these challenges?
What activities have been done, and how can individuals join the project voluntarily (freely) and non-voluntarily?
What is the vision for the coming years?
Is it possible to find companies and other entities through the website?
Has the exhibition helped create documented networking and a comprehensive directory?
What are the upcoming challenges?
What are the proposed solutions, etc.?
