اولین نشست فعالان فناوری اطلاعات تبریز برگزار شد First IT Activists Meeting in Tabriz Tackles Startup Challenges

اولین نشست فعالان فناوری اطلاعات تبریز با رویکرد همفکری، طرح مشکلات و راهکارهای پیشنهادی در ۱۴ام اردیبهشت و با حضور جمعی بالغ بر ۵۵ نفر از فعالان حوزه فناوری اطلاعات تبریز برگزار شد.

طی این جلسه برنامه نویسان، صاحبان شرکت های فناوری و مدیران استارتاپ ها با طرح مشکلات و بحث و تبادل نظر درباره این مشکلات در جهت شناسایی راهکارهای حل و فصل این مشکلات با توجه به خرد جمعی برآمدند.
مشکلات مطرح شده در بخش نخست نشست شامل موارد زیر بود:

۱- نبود منابع مالی و کاهش قدرت ریسک در راه اندازی کسب و کارهای نوپا
۲- عدم انسجام کامیونیتی های شهر
۳- مشکلات فرهنگی و کمبود روحیه کار تیمی
۴- کمبود سازوکارهای ارتباطی و شبکه سازی
۵- فقدان حلقه ارتباطی با اورگان های دولتی
۶- حلقه گمشده ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت
۷- عدم برگزاری رویدادهای فناوری کارامد
۸- کمبود نیروی متخصص و توانمند
۹- فقدان رسانه های خرد و کلان
۱۰- عدم پیروی از الگوی مشخص جهانی برای رشد اکوسیستم کارافرینی
۱۱- عدم حضور سرمایه گذاران پرخطر و شتاب دهنده ها

بخش دوم نشست بیشتر در مورد راهکارهای عملی جهت حل این مشکلات بود که حاضران با طرح چند راهکار درباره آن ها به بحث و تبادل نظر پرداختند.

ایجاد سندیکا برای کانالیزه کردن روند اجرای پروژه های تجاری، ایجاد یک تشکل مردم نهاد با اساسنامه و سازوکار شفاف و مشخص در جهت رفع موانع و مشکلات، تمرکز بر روی ایجاد استارتاپ های قوی در شهر و ایجاد کارگروه های تخصصی بازاریابی و فنی از جمله پیشنهاد های مطرح شده در نشست بود.

The first meeting of information technology activists in Tabriz, with a focus on brainstorming, presenting problems, and proposed solutions, was held on the 14th of Ordibehesht with the presence of over 55 activists in the field of information technology in Tabriz.

During this session, programmers, company owners in technology, and startup managers presented problems and discussed and exchanged ideas about these issues to identify solutions for resolving these problems, considering collective wisdom.
The problems raised in the first part of the meeting included the following:

1- Lack of financial resources and reduced risk-taking ability in starting new businesses
2- Lack of cohesion among the city’s communities
3- Cultural issues and lack of team spirit
4- Insufficient communication mechanisms and networking
5- Absence of a communication link with government organizations
6- The missing link between university and industry
7- Lack of effective technology events
8- Shortage of specialized and capable workforce
9- Absence of micro and macro media
10- Failure to follow a specific global model for the growth of the entrepreneurship ecosystem
11- Absence of high-risk investors and accelerators

The second part of the meeting was more about practical solutions to solve these problems, where attendees discussed and exchanged ideas on several proposed solutions.

Creating a syndicate to channel the execution of commercial projects, establishing a civil society organization with a clear and transparent charter and mechanisms to remove obstacles and problems, focusing on creating strong startups in the city, and forming specialized marketing and technical working groups were among the proposals discussed in the meeting.
