تداکس ربع رشیدی؛ «فراتر از بقا» در نخستین رویداد تداکس تبریز TEDx Rab'-e Rashidi: “Beyond Survival” at Tabriz’s First Official TEDx Event

تبریز پس از سال‌ها میزبان نخستین رویداد تداکس با لایسنس استاندارد TED شد؛ رویدادی با عنوان تداکس ربع رشیدی که با محوریت «فراتر از بقا» برگزار شد و تلاش کرد از زاویه‌های مختلف، گفت‌وگویی درباره رشد، آینده و خلق ارزش شکل دهد.

رویدادهای تداکس با مجوز رسمی TED و بر اساس استانداردهای مشخص این مجموعه در سراسر جهان برگزار می‌شوند و هدف آن‌ها ایجاد بستری برای انتشار ایده‌هایی است که ارزش شنیده شدن دارند. هر رویداد، ضمن پایبندی به این چارچوب، متناسب با شرایط و دغدغه‌های جامعه میزبان، موضوع و روایت خود را انتخاب می‌کند.

چرا «فراتر از بقا»؟

در سال‌های اخیر، جامعه ایران با مجموعه‌ای از بحران‌ها و نااطمینانی‌ها روبه‌رو بوده است؛ از فشارهای اقتصادی و مهاجرت گسترده نیروهای متخصص گرفته تا تنش‌های اجتماعی و حتی درگیری‌ها و تهدیدهای نظامی در منطقه. طبیعی است که در چنین شرایطی، مفاهیمی مانند بقا و تاب‌آوری به محور بسیاری از گفت‌وگوها و رویدادها تبدیل شوند.

اما برگزارکنندگان تداکس ربع رشیدی تلاش کردند پرسش دیگری را مطرح کنند: اگر تمام انرژی ما صرف «دوام آوردن» شود، چه زمانی فرصت ساختن آینده را پیدا خواهیم کرد؟

از همین نگاه، تم «فراتر از بقا» شکل گرفت؛ این ایده که بقا اگرچه ضروری است، اما نقطه پایان نیست. یک فرد، یک کسب‌وکار یا یک جامعه، زمانی می‌تواند مسیر توسعه را آغاز کند که علاوه بر عبور از بحران‌ها، به خلق ارزش، یادگیری، نوآوری و ساختن آینده نیز فکر کند. «فراتر از بقا» در واقع دعوتی بود برای تغییر زاویه نگاه؛ از صرفاً ادامه دادن، به سمت رشد کردن.

یازده سخنران، یازده روایت

در نخستین دوره تداکس ربع رشیدی، ۱۱ سخنران از حوزه‌های مختلف روی صحنه رفتند و هر کدام از منظر تخصص خود، به مفهوم «فراتر از بقا» پرداختند.

در میان سخنرانان، دکتر عباس خوش‌خبر از منظر روان‌شناسی، دکتر یونس سخاوت با نگاهی به تکنولوژی، نازیلا ایرانزاد از دریچه تئاتر، علی رحمجو در حوزه موسیقی، تورج جودی در زمینه کارآفرینی، نادر آقازاده درباره فناوری و اطلاعات، آیدین نامدار در حوزه کسب‌وکار، آیدین تبریزی با موضوع محیط‌زیست، دکتر مهستی علیزاده از منظر جامعه‌شناسی، جعفر بزاز درباره معماری و رضا همراز در حوزه تبریزشناسی سخن گفتند. هرچند موضوع ارائه‌ها متفاوت بود، اما همه آن‌ها تلاش می‌کردند از زاویه‌ای متفاوت به یک پرسش مشترک پاسخ دهند: چگونه می‌توان از مرحله بقا عبور کرد و به سمت رشد و اثرگذاری حرکت کرد؟

آینده‌ای که باید ساخته شود

استقبال مخاطبان از نخستین دوره تداکس ربع رشیدی نشان داد که نیاز به چنین فضاهایی در تبریز بیش از گذشته احساس می‌شود. البته ادامه یافتن این مسیر، مانند هر جریان فرهنگی و اجتماعی دیگری، تنها به انگیزه برگزارکنندگان وابسته نیست. شرایط کلان کشور، وضعیت اقتصادی، ثبات اجتماعی و حتی رخدادهای پیش‌بینی‌ناپذیری مانند جنگ یا تنش‌های منطقه‌ای می‌توانند بر استمرار چنین رویدادهایی تأثیر بگذارند.

با این حال، تاریخ نشان داده است که جامعه، حتی در دشوارترین دوره‌ها نیز راه خود را برای یادگیری، گفت‌وگو و ساختن آینده پیدا می‌کند. شاید سرعت این حرکت در مقاطع مختلف تغییر کند، اما نیاز به اندیشیدن، گفت‌وگو کردن و خلق ایده هرگز از بین نمی‌رود. تداکس ربع رشیدی را نیز می‌توان تلاشی در همین مسیر دانست؛ تلاشی برای اینکه حتی در روزگار پر از ابهام، نگاه‌ها تنها به بقا محدود نماند و افق ساختن آینده همچنان زنده بماند.

After years of anticipation, Tabriz hosted its first officially licensed TEDx event: TEDx Rab'-e Rashidi. Centered around the theme "Beyond Survival," the event brought together speakers from diverse disciplines to explore what it means not only to endure challenging times, but to grow, create, and imagine a better future.

TEDx events are independently organized under an official license from TED and follow a shared global framework designed to spread ideas worth sharing. While every TEDx event adheres to TED's standards, each reflects the unique context, concerns, and aspirations of its local community.

Why "Beyond Survival"?

In recent years, Iranian society has faced a series of profound challenges—from economic uncertainty and the migration of skilled professionals to social tensions and regional conflicts. In such an environment, concepts like resilience and survival have naturally become central to public conversation.

The organizers of TEDx Rab'-e Rashidi wanted to ask a different question: If all our energy is spent merely surviving, when do we begin building the future?

This question became the foundation of the event's theme. Survival is essential, but it should not be the final destination. Whether for individuals, businesses, or entire communities, meaningful progress begins when we move beyond simply enduring hardship and start thinking about innovation, creativity, learning, and long-term value creation.

"Beyond Survival" was an invitation to shift perspective—from simply getting through difficult times to actively shaping what comes next.

Eleven Speakers, Eleven Perspectives

The inaugural TEDx Rab'-e Rashidi featured eleven speakers representing a wide range of disciplines, each exploring the central theme through the lens of their own expertise.

The program included Dr. Abbas Khoshkhabar on psychology, Dr. Younes Sakhavat on technology, Nazila Iranzad on theatre, Ali Rahmjou on music, Touraj Joudi on entrepreneurship, Nader Aghazadeh on information technology, Aydin Namdar on business, Aydin Tabrizi on the environment, Dr. Mahasti Alizadeh on sociology, Jafar Bazzaz on architecture, and Reza Hamraz on Tabriz studies. Although each talk approached the subject from a different direction, they all returned to a common question: how can people and societies move beyond survival toward growth, purpose, and lasting impact?

Looking Beyond the Present

The enthusiastic reception of the inaugural TEDx Rab'-e Rashidi demonstrated a strong local appetite for thoughtful conversations and idea-sharing. At the same time, the future of initiatives like this inevitably depends on broader circumstances. Economic conditions, social stability, and unpredictable external events—including regional conflicts or war—can all influence whether such cultural initiatives continue and grow.

Yet history repeatedly shows that societies find ways to move forward, even during periods of uncertainty. The pace of progress may change, but the desire to learn, exchange ideas, and imagine better futures rarely disappears. TEDx Rab'-e Rashidi represents one expression of that enduring impulse: a reminder that even in difficult times, our collective ambition should extend beyond survival toward building what comes next.
