چهل و سومین همفکر تبریز بعد از حدود دو سال که بدلیل کرونا نتوانسته بودیم چنین جلسات حضوریای در کنار هم داشته باشیم، به مناسبت یلدا پرشورتر از همیشه برگزار شد. یلدای همفکر تبریز به دلیل وقفهای که مدتی بود در جلسات حضوری ایجاد شده بود، متفاوتتر از همیشه بود. در این رویداد نزدیک 150 نفر از فعالان اکوسیستم فناوری تبریز، اعم از برنامهنویسان، کارآفرینان، دانشجویان، طراحان، منتورها و.. که هرکدام به طریقی در این اکوسیستم فعال هستند دورهم آمدند تا علاوه بر تجدید دیدار و شبکهسازی، با انتقال تجربیات و نظرات خود بتوانند جشن یلدا را کنار یکدیگر باشند.
برنامه با اجرای احسان عبدیپور شروع شد و حاضرین را برای شنیدن سخنان آرش میلانی که قرار بود بصورت آنلاین در کنار جمع باشد دعوت کرد.
آرش میلانی ضمن ابراز خوشحالی از برگزاری مجدد همفکر تبریز و جمع شدن افراد این اکوسیستم در کنار یکدیگر از تجربههای خود در زمان حضور در همفکر صحبت کرد.
او معتقد است که چنین دورهمیهایی باعث بوجود آمدن تیمهای خوب و درنتیجه رسیدن به موفقیتهای بیشتر میشود. چراکه همیشه کارهای تیمی که افراد آن در کنار تخصص روحیهی همدلی و کار گروهی دارند میتوانند به موفقیتهای بیشتر و بهتری نسبت به افراد و تیمهای دیگر دست پیدا کنند.
بعد از صحبتهای آرش میلانی، نوبت بخش بازی بود که قرار بود توسط میثم ارفعی هدایت شود تا مهمانان بتوانند در جریان بازی بیشتر با یکدیگر برخورد داشته و احساس راحتی بکنند.
همزمان کسانی که دارای کسب و کاری هستند و دنبال افرادی برای استخدامند و همچنین افرادی که در پی موقعیت شغلی مناسب با تخصص خود میگردند میتوانستند درخواستهای خود را روی بورد مخصوصی که جهت اینکار درنظر گرفته شدهبود بنویسند تا شاید بتوانند شغل و نیروی کار مورد نظرشان را پیداکنند.
در ادامه برنامه و بعد از بازی انجام شده که باعث شد حاضرین احساس راحتی بیشتری داشته باشند، فیلمی از برگزارکنندههای رویداد همفکر از سال 96 تا کنون را مشاهده کردیم که همگی این افراد نقش بسزایی در ادامه حیات این رویداد ایفا کردهاند.
یلدای همفکر تبریز با تایم پذیرایی ادامه پیدا کرد تا افراد بتوانند برای شبکهسازی و تبادل اطلاعات خود با یکدیگر فرصت بیشتری داشتهباشند.
رویداد همفکر با سخنرانی آرش مدرسی ادامه پیدا کرد. او متعقد بود که رویدادهای آنلاین همانطور که در این دو سال نیز شاهد بودیم، هیچوقت نمیتوانند جای رویدادهای حضوری را بگیرند. چراکه اصلیترین و مهمترین هدف این رویدادها شبکهسازی و تبادل اطلاعات افراد حاضر با یکدیگر است که عملا این کار در رویدادهای آنلاین نمیتواند بدرستی انجام شود.
وی معتقد بود که فقط در رویدادهای حضوری است که ما میتوانیم با نقاط مثبت و منفی یکدیگر آشنا شده و درجهت پیشرفت از آنها استفاده کنیم. آرش مدرسی همچنین افزود که به نظر وی در حالیکه هدف اکثر رویدادها "بقا"ست، هدف همفکر "رشد" است.
بعد از سخنرانی آرش مدرسی، احسان عبدیپور از حاضرین در جلسه درخواست کرد تا هر فردی که میخواهد و حرفی دارد که میخواهد به گوش همه برسد به روی سن آمده و برای سایرین صحبت کند. برخی از مسئولان کسب و کارها و افراد فعال در این حوزه از این زمان اختصاص داده شده استفاده کردند که به عنوان خلاصهای از سخنان همه آنها میتوان به موارد زیر اشاره کرد:
اکثر آنها معتقد بودند که تیمها در تبریز با یکدیگر همکاری خوبی ندارند. به گفتهی آنها برای هر تیمی بهتر است که بجای استخدام افراد بیشتر برای هر کار، از افراد متخصص در این زمینه در تیمهای دیگر استفاده کنند تا بتوانند در کنار یکدیگر کارها را بهتر پیش ببرند.
یکی دیگر از مشکلات این اکو سیستم که به آن اشاره شد نداشتن گوش شنوا برای تیمها بود.
چهل و سومین رویداد همفکر با تایم سخنرانی سارا ستوده ادامه پیدا کرد. سارا ستوده که بصورت آنلاین در کنار جمع بود، اشاره کرد که فلسفه یلدا جشن گرفتن برای یک دقیقه زندگی بیشتر است! و این امر به خوبی اهمیت زمان را در زندگی ما نشان میدهد. او معتقد بود که در سالهای اخیر و با همهگیری کرونا برای همه ما ثابت شد که زندگی چقدر کوتاه است. پس باید طوری زندگی کنیم که در این زمان کوتاه بتوانیم نهایت استفاده را از زندگی ببریم و در کنار رسیدن به آرزوها و داشتن زندگی ایدهآلمان سعی کنیم فرد مفیدی برای اطرافیان و جامعه باشیم.
و در نهایت از حامیان محترم یلدای همفکر1400، راستچین و بیتستان که بدون کمک و همیاری آنها برگزاری چنین رویدادهایی میسر نبوده و نخواهد بود نهایت تشکر و قدردانی را داریم.

The program started with the performance of Ehsan Abdi-Pour, who invited the attendees to listen to the words of Arash Milani, who was supposed to join online.
Arash Milani expressed his happiness about the resumption of Hamfekr Tabriz and the gathering of individuals from this ecosystem together, sharing his experiences during his presence at Hamfekr.
He believes that such gatherings lead to the formation of good teams and consequently achieving greater successes. Because teamwork, where individuals possess both expertise and a spirit of empathy and collaboration, can achieve better and more significant successes compared to individuals and other teams.
After Arash Milani's speech, it was time for the game section, which was to be led by Meysam Arfaei so that guests could interact more with each other during the game and feel more comfortable.
At the same time, those who have a business and are looking for people to hire, as well as individuals searching for suitable job positions related to their expertise, could write their requests on a special board designated for this purpose, hoping to find the job and workforce they needed.
Following the program and after the game, which made the attendees feel more comfortable, we watched a film about the organizers of the Hamfekr event from 1396 until now, all of whom have played a significant role in the continuation of this event.
The Yalda of Hamfekr Tabriz continued with a reception time so that individuals could have more opportunities for networking and exchanging information with each other.
The Hamfekr event continued with a speech by Arash Modarresi. He believed that online events, as we have witnessed in these two years, can never replace in-person events. Because the main and most important goal of these events is networking and exchanging information among the attendees, which cannot be done properly in online events.
He believed that only in in-person events can we become acquainted with each other's strengths and weaknesses and utilize them for progress. Arash Modarresi also added that while the goal of most events is "survival," the goal of Hamfekr is "growth."
After Arash Modarresi's speech, Ehsan Abdi-Pour asked the attendees to come up to the stage and speak if anyone had something to say that they wanted everyone to hear. Some business leaders and active individuals in this field took advantage of this allocated time, and a summary of their speeches includes the following points:
Most of them believed that teams in Tabriz do not collaborate well with each other. According to them, it is better for each team to use specialized individuals from other teams instead of hiring more people for each task, so they can work better together.
Another problem mentioned in this ecosystem was the lack of a listening ear for the teams.
The 43rd Hamfekr event continued with a speech by Sara Sotoudeh. Sara Sotoudeh, who was online with the group, pointed out that the philosophy of Yalda is to celebrate for one more minute of life! And this well illustrates the importance of time in our lives. She believed that in recent years, with the outbreak of Corona, it has been proven to all of us how short life is. Therefore, we should live in such a way that we can make the most of life in this short time and, while achieving our dreams and having our ideal life, strive to be a useful person for those around us and society.
