دومین رویداد استارتاپ جاده ابریشم، ۲۷ مهرماه به مقصد چهارم خود یعنی شهر تبریز رسید. در استارتاپ جاده ابریشم تبریز ۱۰ تیم منتخب (۹ تیم از شهر تبریز و ۱ تیم از شهر قزوین) در مقابل داورانی بینالمللی دربارهی کسب و کار خود صحبت کردند و نتیجه تلاشهایشان را در قالب ارائههای ۵ دقیقهای عرضه کرده و سپس به سوالات داوران پیرامون کسب و کارشان پاسخ دادند.
چندین سخنرانی ارزشمند و دو پنل تخصصی از بخشهای دیگر این رویداد بودند. در ابتدا کامران خوشی و قادر صادقی در پنلی به موضوع تاثیر شرایط بر شروع کسبوکار پرداختند و کامران خوشی از تجربیات خود در راهاندازی کسبوکار در شرایط پیچیده چندسال پیش سخن گفت.

سخنرانی اکاترینا ماتیوا با موضوع «چگونه توجهها را به سمت استارتاپمان جلب کنیم»، سخنرانی حسن اطاعت با موضوع «پیشبینی مالی برای ارائه طرحها به سرمایهگذار» و سخنرانی موژان اصغری با موضوع «چگونه به شکل موثر و حرفهای شبکهسازی کنیم؟» بخش سخنرانیهای این رویداد را شکل دادند.
بخش بعدی این رویداد پنلی چالش برانگیز با موضوع «استفاده از ترندهای فناوری جهانی در استارتاپهای محلی چه چالشها و مزیتهایی دارد» بود که در آن موژان اصغری، آرش مدرسی، فرید دهقان و سینا منوچهری به بحث دربارهی روندهای روز فناوری در دنیا و استفاده از آنها در کسب و کارهای نوپا پرداختند و گزارشی از وضعیت استفاده از این تکنولوژیها در جهان و ایران ارائه دادند.
یکی از دیگر اتفاقات مهم این رویداد حضور شهردار محترم تبریز آقای دکتر ایرج شهین باهر در این رویداد بود. شهردار تبریز از ضرورت اعتماد به جوانان شهر برای ایجاد تغییر و تحول در شرایط فعلی گفت و نوید محیا کردن شرایط برای حضور و تعامل بیشتر جوانان مخصوصا جوانان خلاق و استارتآپی شهر با شهرداری تبریز را داد.

در نهایت داوران پس از تبادل نظر و بحث بر سر ارائه استارتاپها سه استارتاپ هانیلی، اوربی و بیوتایم را به ترتیب اول تا سوم اعلام کردند.
و در نهایت تشکر ویژهای داریم از اسپانسرهای عزیز رویداد که بدون حمایتهای بیدریغشان بدونشک برگزاری این رویداد در شهر تبریز امکانپذیر نبود.

The second Silk Road Startup event reached its fourth destination, Tabriz, on 19 Mehr. At the Silk Road Startup in Tabriz, 10 selected teams (9 teams from Tabriz and 1 team from Qazvin) presented their businesses to international judges and showcased the results of their efforts through 5-minute presentations, followed by answering judges' questions about their businesses.
Several valuable speeches and two specialized panels were other sections of this event. Initially, Kamran Khoshi and Ghader Sadeghi discussed the impact of conditions on starting a business in a panel, and Kamran Khoshi shared his experiences in launching a business under complex conditions a few years ago.

Ekaterina Matiwa's speech on "How to attract attention to our startup," Hassan Ete'aat's speech on "Financial forecasting for presenting plans to investors," and Mojan Asghari's speech on "How to network effectively and professionally?" shaped the speeches section of this event.
The next section of this event was a challenging panel on "What challenges and advantages does using global technology trends in local startups have?" In this panel, Mojan Asghari, Arash Madresi, Farid Dehghan, and Sina Manoochehri discussed the latest technology trends in the world and their application in startups, providing a report on the status of technology use in the world and Iran.
One of the other significant events of this gathering was the presence of the esteemed mayor of Tabriz, Dr. Iraj Shahin Bahar. The mayor of Tabriz spoke about the necessity of trusting the city's youth to create change and transformation in the current conditions and promised to facilitate the presence and greater interaction of young people, especially creative and startup youth, with the Tabriz municipality.

Finally, after discussions and deliberations among the judges regarding the startup presentations, they announced the top three startups: Hanili, Orbi, and Biotime, in that order.
