اپل برنامه های ایرانی را تحریم کرد! چه کار میتوان کرد؟ Apple Tightens Sanctions, Removes Iranian Apps from App Store

در هفته ای که گذشت اپل برنامه های زیادی از جمله برنامه های مطرح در زمینه سفارش تاکسی ، پیک ، غذا و.. را از اپ استور حذف کرد.

این مسئله باعث شده که میلیون ها ایرانی که گوشی آیفون یا آیپد دارند نتوانند از این نوع برنامه ها استفاده کنند ،‌ اما لازم به ذکر هست که کاربرانی که قبلا این برنامه هارا در دستگاه خود به صورت نصب شده دارند میتوانند از آن ها مثل قبل استفاده کنند اما امکان بروزرسانی یا نصب آن برای کاربران جدید وجود ندارد.

اپل این بار ادعا کرده که اپ استور اساسا نمی‌تواند اپلیکیشن‌های ایرانی را میزبانی کند، آن‌ها را توزیع یا با این اپ‌ ها معامله تجاری داشته باشد. به این شکل ظاهرا این‌ بار محدودیت‌های اپل برای اپلیکیشن‌ های ایرانی بسیار سفت و سخت‌تر شده است.

وزیر ارتباطات نیز توئیتی در این باره نوشته بودند که این موضوع را پیگیری حقوقی خواهند کرد.

به هر حال، وزیر ارتباطات با استناد به این آمار، معتقد است اپل اصل احترام به حقوق مصرف کننده را رعایت نکرده و به همین دلیل، می توان این موضوع را به صورت حقوقی پیگیری کرد.

We are unable to include your app on the App Store. Under the U.S. sanctions regulations, the App Store cannot host, distribute, or do business with apps or developers connected to certain U.S. embargoed countries.

ما این تقاضا را از ایران برای شما ارسال میکنیم. کشوری که محصولات اپل توسط 6 میلیون نفر مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند. بیش از 11% از گوشی‌های هوشمند مورد استفاده در ایران آیفون هست و این موضوع ایران را به یکی از بزرگترین بازارهای اپل در منطقه خاورمیانه تبدیل کرده است. کشوری که میانگین درآمد ماهانه حدود 470 دلار است و مردم برای خرید یک گوشی نو آیفون 850 دلار میپردازند.

وجود صدها برنامه نویس مستعد iOS در ایران باعث شده که اپلیکیشن‌های موفق زیادی در اپ‌استور قرار بگیرند اما متاسفانه ما همیشه با مشکلات جدی در استفاده از اپلیکیشن‌های بین المللی و حتی داخلی از طریق اپ‌استور روبر هستیم. ارور 1009 یکی از شناخته شده ترین این مشکلات است که مدتهاست باعث آزار کاربران ایرانی شده است که اغلب از هرگونه فعالیت کاربران ایرانی جلوگیری میکند.

اما اخیراً اقدامات غیر دوستانه اپل وارد مرحله جدیدی شده است و صاحبان اپلیکیشن‌های ایرانی با پیامی با شرح زیر روبرو شده‌اند:

"متاسفانه ما قادر به قرار دادن اپلیکیشن شما در اپ‌استور نیستیم. تحت قوانین تحریم ایالات متحده اپ‌استور نمی‌تواند میزبانی، توزیع و یا انجام کسب و کار با برنامه‌ها یا توسعه دهندگان متصل به کشورهای ممنوعه داشته باشد.

این حوزه قانون پیچیده و دائما در حال تغییر است. اگر محدودیت های موجود تغییر می کند، شما را تشویق می کنیم تا برنامه خود را برای ورود به اپ‌استور مجدد ارسال کنید."

بر اساس این تفسیر جدید از قانون تعداد زیادی از استارتاپ‌های معروف ایران درحال حذف شدن از اپ‌استور هستند. دیجیکالا و اسنپ مثالهایی از این استارتاپ‌ها هستند. دیجیکالا بزرگترین فروشگاه آنلاین ایران با میلیونها کاربر و اسنپ نسخه ایرانی اوبر با بیش از صد هزار راننده در 5 شهر بزرگ کشور.  این موضوع تاثیر زیادی برروی اکوسیستم و اقتصاد استارتاپ‌ها میگذارد. ازیک سو درحال از دست دادن اپلیکیشن‌های مورد نیازمان هستیم و از سوی دیگر این موضوع می‌تواند باعث از دست رفتن تعداد زیادی شغل شود.

امروز دنیای دیجیتال دیگر محدود به ارتباط تعداد محدودی کامپیوتر نیست. تکنولوژی در همه جا هست و ما مردم ایران باور داریم که روح تکنولوژی فراتر از قوانین جهان است. دهکده جهانی چشم‌اندازی بود که بوسیله چیزی بجز تکنولوژی بوجود نیامد و اپل همیشه در خط مقدم این جهانی سازی بوده است. شگفت‌آور است اپل امروز مشغول مرز کشی در دسترسی به یکی از تکنولوژی‌هایی است که بیشترین استفاده‌ را در دنیا دارد.

آقای کوک ما از شما می‌خواهیم که حقوق مشتریان اپل در ایران را به رسمیت بشناسید. لطفاً به حذف شدن اپلیکیشن‌های ایرانی از اپ‌استور خاتمه دهید و دسترسی ما به پلتفورم اپل برای استفاده از سرویس‌هایی که توسط مردم دنیا برای مردم دنیا ساخته شده‌اند به حالت عادی باز گردانید.

راهکاری که کاربران باید انجام دهند :‌

• اگر کاربر عادی هستید :

1. یکی از راه ها صبر تا بهبود وضیعت و رفع تحریم هستش اما زمان دقیقی برای این معلوم نیست و راهکار جالب و خوبی نیست.


2. همونطور که گفتیم اگه برنامه رو قبلا به صورت نصب شده دارید میتونید ازش استفاده کنید ولی نه اگه کاربر جدیدی هستید باید منتظر جایگزینی برای نحوه نصب برنامه از سوی توسعه دهنده باشید.

• اگر توسعه دهنده هستید :

1. اگر برنامه تون در اپ استور هست و فعلا حذف نشده از ارسال نسخه جدید جدا خودداری نمایید چرا که بیشتر دوستان ما هم بعد ارسال نسخه جدید ، برنامه شون دیگه به تاییدیه اپ استور نرسیده


2. انتشار برنامه ها به صورت موقت از طریق نصب از سایت با استفاده از حالت InHouse اکانت اینترپرایز (میتونید دنبال کسی باشید که اکانت اینترپرایز داره و به صورت فوری جایگزینی برای نصب برنامه هاتون فراهم کنه)

We are sending this request from Iran to you. A country where Apple products are used by 6 million people. More than 11% of the smartphones used in Iran are iPhones, making Iran one of Apple's largest markets in the Middle East. A country where the average monthly income is about 470 dollars, and people pay 850 dollars to buy a new iPhone.

The presence of hundreds of talented iOS developers in Iran has led to many successful applications being placed in the App Store, but unfortunately, we always face serious problems in using international and even domestic applications through the App Store. Error 1009 is one of the most well-known of these problems that has long troubled Iranian users, often preventing any activity by Iranian users.

However, recently Apple's unfriendly actions have entered a new phase, and owners of Iranian applications have faced a message as follows:

"Unfortunately, we are unable to place your application in the App Store. Under U.S. sanctions laws, the App Store cannot host, distribute, or do business with apps or developers connected to embargoed countries.

This area of law is complex and constantly changing. If the existing restrictions change, we encourage you to resubmit your app for inclusion in the App Store."

Based on this new interpretation of the law, many well-known startups in Iran are being removed from the App Store. Digikala and Snapp are examples of these startups. Digikala is the largest online store in Iran with millions of users, and Snapp is the Iranian version of Uber with over one hundred thousand drivers in 5 major cities of the country. This issue has a significant impact on the startup ecosystem and economy. On one hand, we are losing the applications we need, and on the other hand, this could lead to the loss of many jobs.

Today, the digital world is no longer limited to a few computers. Technology is everywhere, and we, the people of Iran, believe that the spirit of technology transcends the laws of the world. The global village was a vision that was created by nothing but technology, and Apple has always been at the forefront of this globalization. It is astonishing that Apple is now drawing borders in access to one of the most widely used technologies in the world.

Mr. Cook, we ask you to recognize the rights of Apple customers in Iran. Please end the removal of Iranian applications from the App Store and restore our access to the Apple platform to use services created by people for people around the world.

What users should do:

• If you are a regular user:

1. One way is to wait for the situation to improve and for the sanctions to be lifted, but there is no specific timeline for this, and it is not a good solution.


2. As mentioned, if you have previously installed the app, you can use it, but if you are a new user, you must wait for a replacement method for installing the app from the developer.

• If you are a developer:

1. If your app is on the App Store and has not been removed yet, refrain from submitting a new version, as many of our friends have had their apps not approved by the App Store after submitting a new version.


2. Temporarily publish apps through installation from the website using the InHouse mode of the enterprise account (you can look for someone who has an enterprise account to provide an immediate replacement for installing your apps).
