مدیران ارشد دولتی، فناوران، صنایع و سرمایه گذاران در بنیاد حامیان توسعه فناوری آذربایجان Supporters Foundation for Technology Development Launches in Azerbaijan

معاون توسعه اقتصاد دانش بنیان منطقه ویژه علم وفناوری ربع رشیدی گفت: در راستای توسعه اقتصاد دانش بنیان یکی از بسترهای جدید مورد نیاز کشور، بنیاد های سرمایه گذاری و ظرفیت ساز غیردولتی در حوزه های مختلف علم وفناوری هستند.

به گزارش روابط عمومی منطقه ویژه علم وفناوری ربع رشیدی، اکبر فرزین مقدم، در سومین جلسه کارشناسی تشکیل بنیاد حامیان توسعه فناوری آذربایجان با تاکید بر ضرورت توجه به توسعه فعالیت های مردمی در حوزه اقتصاد دانش بنیان اظهار کرد: توسعه این قبیل فعالیت ها در راستای حمایت از فناوران است و همه باید برای فرهنگ سازی در راستای حمایت از فناوران تلاش کنیم.

وی بومی سازی و ایجاد نهادهای تاثیرگذار در توسعه را یادآورشد و افزود: با توجه به اساس دانایی در کشور و الگو برداری از نمونه های موفق بین المللی همچون دره سیلیکون آمریکا، لزوم تشکیل بنیاد ها و انجمن هایی با حضور نفرات مشتاق، توانمند، دلسوز و خیر جهت کمک به توسعه کشور و رشد اقتصاد دانش بنیان امری لازم وضروری است.

معاون توسعه اقتصاد دانش بنیان منطقه ویژه علم وفناوری ربع رشیدی، تبدیل علم و فناوری به ارزش افزوده دانش بنیان را از جمله اهداف مجموعه های فعال در عرصه فناوری دانست و گفت: نقش علم وفناوری در توسعه جوامع و ارتقای رفاه و آسایش مردم بر کسی پوشیده نیست از این رو ما باید بتوانیم این نوع تفکر را در بین مردم بسط و گسترش دهیم.

فرزین مقدم، با اشاره به تشکیل بنیاد حامیان توسعه فناوری آذربایجان گفت: این بنیاد به همت فعالان این عرصه و با حضور مدیران ارشد دولتی، فناوران، صنایع، سرمایه گذاران و ... و با رویکرد حمایت و توسعه از فعالیت های فناورانه در حال طی مراحل ثبت قانونی است .

وی با اشاره به اهداف تشکیل این بنیاد اظهار کرد: شناسایی و توانمندسازی نفرات مستعد و کارآفرینان بالقوه، حمایت از شرکت های دانش بنیان و ترویج فعالیت های دانش بنیان، تجمیع منابع مردم و دولتی برای توسعه علم وفناوری و ایجاد انسجام و همدلی در بین خیرین در جهت حمایت از نوآوران و کارآفرینان جامعه از اهداف تشکیل این بنیاد است .

He reminded of localization and the creation of influential institutions in development and added: Given the basis of knowledge in the country and modeling successful international examples such as Silicon Valley in the USA, the necessity of forming foundations and associations with the presence of enthusiastic, capable, compassionate, and charitable individuals to help develop the country and grow the knowledge-based economy is essential and necessary.

The Deputy for the Development of Knowledge-Based Economy of the Special Science and Technology Zone of Rabat Rashidi considered the conversion of science and technology into value-added knowledge-based products as one of the goals of active organizations in the technology field and said: The role of science and technology in the development of societies and the enhancement of people's welfare and comfort is not hidden from anyone; therefore, we must be able to expand and promote this type of thinking among the people.

Farzin Moghadam, referring to the establishment of the Supporters Foundation for the Development of Technology in Azerbaijan, said: This foundation, with the efforts of the activists in this field and the presence of senior government officials, technologists, industries, investors, etc., and with the approach of supporting and developing technological activities, is currently undergoing legal registration processes.

He pointed out the goals of establishing this foundation and stated: Identifying and empowering talented individuals and potential entrepreneurs, supporting knowledge-based companies, promoting knowledge-based activities, consolidating public and governmental resources for the development of science and technology, and creating cohesion and solidarity among benefactors to support innovators and entrepreneurs in the community are the goals of establishing this foundation.
