از وقتی اومدم تهران هر ماه میگم کاش بتونم برگردم تبریز!
بعد یه چند دقیقه میگذره و میگم برم تبریز میخوام چیکار بکنم و همون مشکلات تبریز رو باید تحمل بکنم تا بتونم چندرغاز پول در بیارم .
من حدود سه چهار سال تو تبریز در هر نوعی که بخواید و بگید توی حوزه آی تی کار کردم و از شرکت داری و استارت آپ زدن و کارمندی که همشون یه مشکلی داشتند. استارت آپ سرمایه گذار میخواست که تبریز نداشت . کارمندی کردن یه شرکت خوب که بتونه حقوق حداقلی که میداد رو سر موقع میداد رو داشت که اونم نداشت و شرکت داری که اونم باز پشتوانه قوی مالی میخواست که اونم نداشتم.
ولی همه چیزهایی که تبریز نداشت تهران داشت.
البته بگم که تبریز هوای خوب داره که تهران نداره.
تبریز ترافیک نداره که تهران داره.
و تبریز کنار دوستات و خانوادت هستی که تو تهران نیستی.
و فقط اینها هست که هر ماه به برگشتن به تبریز فکر میکنم.
بزارین کلی تر بگم و این مواردی که میگم فقط توی سالهای اخیر ارزش داره و بعدا احتمال داره اتفاقات زیادی بیفته.
به عنوان یه برنامه نویس
وقتی توی تبریز دنبال کار میگردی حدود سه چهار تا شرکت پیدا میکنی که دنبال کارمند میگردن و وقتی آگهی استخدام رو میخونی در اکثر موارد طرف ازت میخواد که به جز برنامه نویسی دیزاینم انجام بدی و کد فرانتشم بزنی و خجالتم نکشه میگه چایی هم بریزی و اگه این موارد رو قبول کنی میرسی به مبحث مالی تمام تخصصتو بیخیال میشه و حقوق پیشنهادی در حد آبدارچی رو بهت پیشنهاد میده ، بعد اون حقوق رو هم یکم بالاتر قبولش میکنی و در آخر ماه همونم سر موقع پرداخت نمیکنند .
وقتی تو تهران دنبال کار میگردی حدود 100 الی 150 تا شرکت پیدا میکنی که دنبال برنامه نویس هستند ، اینجاست که میتونی به اون چیزی که استحقاقش رو داری برسی .(10 درصد اون شرکت ها) توی آگهی استخدامش اول از محیط شرکت و برنامه های تفریحیش گفته و مثلا اگه به عنوان بک اند کار داری میری در مورد تکنولوژی ها و فرصت های پیشرفتی که میتونی داشته باشی توضیح داده و وقتی به بحث شیرین حقوق هم که میرسی اصولا میشه گقت حداقل دو برابر حقوقی که تو تبریز بهت میدن بهت پیشنهاد میشه و مطمینی که حتما توی تاریخی که بهت گفتند حقوقت توی حسابته .
به عنوان یه کارآفرین
از دو جنبه میشه بررسی کرد
1- تعداد افرادی که میتونی بهشون سرویس بدی و اینکه فرهنگ مردم چقدر بتونه قبول کنه .
بیشترین بیزینس هایی که تو کل دنیا راه میفته لوکال بیزینس ها هستند

همین جوری که از تعریف میشه فهمید یه محصول یا سرویس که به مردم یه منطقه مثلا تبریز بتونه سرویس بده . خوب به نظر منم سرویس های آی تی زمانی موفق میشوند که مردم کاملا احساس نیاز بهش کرده باشند و مثل غذا خوردن نیست که همیشه مطمئنی همه همه روزه بهش نیاز دارند و به یا بناب کبابی میتونی یه بیزینس خوب را بندازی و برای کارای آی تی کاملا باید درک کرده باشی که مشکل همه مردم یا عده ای از مردم اون منطقه رو حل کنی .
خب اگه فهمیدی مشکل مردم کجاست باز با یه نگاه به تعداد جمعیت میبینی که همون بیزیس اصولا توی تهران بهتر جواب میده و بیشتر میتونی موفق شی .
2- برای اینکه یه بیزینس راه بندازی و موفقش کنی در اکثر موارد 99٪ میشه گفت به جرات که نیاز به سرمایه اولیه داری و یا باید خودت پول داشته باشی و یا چیزی که تو کل دنیا اتفاق میفته از یه سرمایه گذار اون پول رو بگیری که اینم با اطلاعاتی که از وضعیت تبریز و تهران دارم میشه گفت نسبت این اعداد 10 به 1 هستش .
حالا میگی که میشه به صورت ریموت کار کرد و تو تبریز موند و سرمایه گذار از تهران پیدا کرد و اینم برات بگم که الان در اوایل این سیستم قرار داریم و خیلی از سرمایه گذار ها میخواند که نزدیک بهشون باشی.
استارت آپ های زیادی تو کل دنیا زده میشه که اگه تو تهران زده بشه شاید جواب نده و استارت آپ های زیادی تو تهران زده میشه که اگه تو تبریز زده بشه شاید جواب نده .
و در نهایت اینکه
همین که شرکت ها میتونند از آی تی پول در بیارند و وجود سرمایه گذار ها در تهران و فرهنگ و احساس نیاز مردم به آی تی سه دلیل اصلی هست که باعث میشه تهران از نظر من جای بهتری برای کار کردن و بیزینس راه انداختن نسبت به تبریز باشه و تعداد زیادی از بچه ها به تهران مهاجرت کنند و اینجا رو به موندن در تبریز ترجیح بدن.
با اینهمه خیلی امیدوارم که همت بچه های تبریز، تبریز رو هم تکونی بده و روز به روز به شهر فعال تری تو زمینه آی تی تبدیل کنه تا من و امثال من کار حرفهای تو شهر دوست داشتنی تبریز رو کنار خانواده و دوستان به خاطر شرایط بهتر ترک نکنیم. Since I came to Tehran, every month I say I wish I could go back to Tabriz!
Then a few minutes pass and I say what do I want to do in Tabriz, and I have to endure the same problems in Tabriz to earn a little money.
I worked in Tabriz for about three to four years in every type you can imagine in the IT field, from owning a company and starting a startup to being an employee, all of which had a problem. Startups needed investors that Tabriz did not have. Being an employee in a good company that could pay the minimum wage on time was also lacking, and owning a company required strong financial backing, which I also did not have.
But everything that Tabriz lacked, Tehran had.
Of course, I should mention that Tabriz has good weather that Tehran does not have.
Tabriz has no traffic, while Tehran does.
And in Tabriz, you are with your friends and family, which you are not in Tehran.
And these are the only reasons that make me think about returning to Tabriz every month.
Let me put it more generally, and the points I mention are only valuable in recent years, and later many events may happen.
As a programmer
When you look for a job in Tabriz, you find about three to four companies looking for employees, and when you read the job advertisement, in most cases, they ask you to do design in addition to programming and to write front-end code, and without any shame, they say to make tea as well, and if you accept these conditions, you reach the financial discussion where all your expertise is disregarded, and they offer you a salary at the level of a tea server, then you accept that salary a bit higher, and at the end of the month, they do not pay it on time.
When you look for a job in Tehran, you find about 100 to 150 companies looking for programmers, and this is where you can reach what you deserve. (10 percent of those companies) In their job advertisements, they first talk about the company environment and recreational programs, and for example, if you are working as a back-end developer, they explain the technologies and advancement opportunities you can have, and when you get to the sweet discussion of salary, it can generally be said that you are offered at least double the salary that they give you in Tabriz, and you are sure that your salary will definitely be in your account on the date they told you.
As an entrepreneur
It can be examined from two aspects.
1- The number of people you can serve and how much the culture of the people can accept it.
The most businesses that start all over the world are local businesses.
A company which provides goods or services to a local population. Though most often used when referring to a locally-owned business, the term may also be used to describe a franchise or corporate branch operating within a local area.
As can be understood from the definition, a product or service that can serve the people of a region, for example, Tabriz. In my opinion, IT services succeed when people feel a complete need for them, and it is not like eating food where you are always sure that everyone needs it every day, and you can start a good business with a kebab shop, and for IT work, you must fully understand that you are solving the problem of all people or a group of people in that area.
Well, if you understand where the people's problem is, you will see that the same business generally performs better in Tehran, and you can be more successful.
2- To start a business and make it successful, in most cases, it can be said with confidence that you need initial capital, and you either have to have money yourself or get that money from an investor, which, based on the information I have about the situation in Tabriz and Tehran, can be said that the ratio of these numbers is 10 to 1.
Now you might say that you can work remotely and stay in Tabriz and find an investor from Tehran, and let me tell you that we are currently at the beginning of this system, and many investors want you to be close to them.
Many startups are being launched all over the world, and if they are launched in Tehran, they may not succeed, and many startups are launched in Tehran that may not succeed if launched in Tabriz.
And finally
The fact that companies can make money from IT and the presence of investors in Tehran and the culture and feeling of need of people for IT are three main reasons that make Tehran, in my opinion, a better place for working and starting a business compared to Tabriz, and many young people migrate to Tehran and prefer to stay here rather than in Tabriz.
Despite all this, I really hope that the efforts of the youth of Tabriz will shake Tabriz and turn it into a more active city in the field of IT day by day so that I and others like me do not have to leave our professional work in the beloved city of Tabriz for better conditions, away from family and friends. 
در کل، به نظر من نمیشه گفت تهران 100% برای همه بهتره، چون این شرایط از دید هر کسی با توجه به خواسته هاش میتونه متفاوت باشه. یکی براش پول بیشتر مهمه یکی خانواده یکی محیط کار و ... الان توی خود تبریز کسایی هستن که هم پیش خانواده هستن و هم 30 برابر حقوق کارمندی از برنامه نویسی پول در میارن ... Overall, I think it's not possible to say that Tehran is 100% better for everyone, because this situation can vary from each person's perspective based on their desires. For some, more money is important, for others, family, for others, the work environment, etc. Right now, in Tabriz, there are people who are with their families and earn 30 times the salary of an employee from programming...
در کل تبریز خوبه
ولی امکانات تهران رو نداریم اینجا It was interesting. Overall, Tabriz is good. But we don't have the facilities of Tehran here.
وگرنه امکانات تهران اصلا قابل مقایسه با تبریز نیست The only good thing about Tabriz is its weather, especially in summer. Otherwise, the facilities of Tehran are not comparable to Tabriz at all.

در تهران استارت آپ هایی هستن بخاطر حجم سفارشات بالا و وسیع بودن بازار تهران و یا مسائل مشابهش، ریسک نمیکنن تو شهرهای دیگه توسعه پیدا کنن و ترجیح میدن لوکال بمونن نمونش سایت تخفیفان ، که عمده فعالیتش فقط تهران هست یا سایت مامان پز که فقط تونسته تو این دو سال فقط چند منطقه تهران رو پوشش بده و یا سایت فیدیلیو که فقط در تهران هستن و نمونه های زیاد دیگر.
بنظرم تبریز بیشتر مشکل فرهنگ خرید اینترنتی داره و یک سازمان یا نهاد دولتی باید پا پیش بزاره و مردم رو آشنا کنه ، این عمل به هیچوجه بدون همکاری نهادهای خصوصی که خودشون تو فضای کارآفرینی هستن و چم و خم کار دستشون هست امکان پذیر نیست ، چون خود دولت هم ثابت کرده تو برگزاری این دوره ها خیلی ناشیانه عمل کرده. ( بنظرم "شهروند الکترونیک" یکی از طرح های دولت بود که خوب پیش رفت ( حداقل تونست بعضی از قشر مردم رو بزور اسم مدرک شهروند الکترونیک هم که شده با اینترنت و نحوه کار باهاش آشنا کنه ) ولی نیاز بود ادامه داشته باشه ، بنظرم این وظیفه ای هم بر گردن ما فعالان این قشر هست که فشارهارو وارد کنه برای شروع اینطور حرکتها برای فرهنگسازی) از طرفی نهادهای خصوصی میتونن ایونت ها و کارگاهای آموزشی بزارن و کم کم فرهنگسازی بکنن و تاثیر غیرمستقیمش روی اکوسیستم کارآفرینی ببینن .
نمیخوام ناامید باشم و انرژی منفی بدم ولی احساس میکنم تا این اتفاقات نیفته و چرخه آموزش و فرهنگسازی بطوری موازی از طرف دولت و نهادهای خصوصی به جریان نیفته شاید دو نسل دیگه هم تو راه انداختن استارت آپ لوکال شون تو تبریز ، اندازه شهرهای تهران یا حتی ابعاد کوچکترش : شیراز و اصفهان و ... نتونن به نتیجه مطلوبشون برسن .اگه غلط املایی تو متن باشه عذرخواهی میکنم چون متن سریع نوشته شد. I am also one of those who migrated to Tehran because of the issues mentioned in the post. Besides traffic and polluted air and somewhat high living costs (compared to Tabriz), Tehran is very different in terms of culture and people's attitude towards online shopping and, most importantly, their trust in online shopping. با یک نگاه به سایت های شرکت های تبریزی متوجه می شویم که بسیار ناشیانه و ضعیف و با هزینه پایین و توسط افراد غیر حرفه ای طراحی شده... دوستمون درست میگه، متاسفانه در هزینه کردن های این سبکی بسیار خسیس هستند تبریزیها، اون دید حرفه ای گری هنوز نهادینه نشده در بین سفارش دهنده ها و صاحبان سرمایه... از یه طرف هم دوست دارند که همه کارها را با هزینه پایین انجام دهند، با حقوق های پایین دادن به پرسنل، شاید بگید همه جا اینجوریه ولی من در دو شهر دیگری که کار کردم این شکلی نبوده... نظرات دوستان خیلی هم عالی بود ولی باید به این نکته اشاره کرد که تو تبریز بیشتر روابط، کار رو راه می اندازه و بیشتر مدیران شرکت های آی تی در تبریز مدیرانی با دید پایین و نگرش بازاری هستند تا یک خلاق در تکنولوژی و این باعث شده تا در این زمینه افراد تازه کار و خلاق راهی به جز شکست یا مهاجرت رو ترجیح ندن. استارت آپهای تهران هم اوایل خیلی مشکلات داشتن و شاید در حد تبریز الان بودن، ولی با همه این مشکلات جنگیدن و شدن سیلیکون ولی ایران.
البته به غیر تهران جاهای دیگه هم گروه های موفقی وجود داره. مثل : استارت آپ ویکند شیراز.
شیراز رو میشه از لحاظ پیشرفت تقریباً در حد تبریز حساب کرد. استارت آپهای زیادی تو این شهر ایجاد شده که از نمونه های موفق میشه به payment24 اشاره کرد.
خب حالا چرا نمیشه تو تبریز همچین استارت آپهایی رو راه انداخت؟
دلیلش به نظر من کم کاری فعالان آی تی این کلانشهره. همین 100 percent, Tehran is more suitable for IT jobs than Tabriz, but we shouldn't succumb to regional limitations!!! Tehran startups also had many problems at first and might have been at the level of Tabriz now, but they fought through all these problems and became the Silicon Valley of Iran. Of course, besides Tehran, there are successful groups in other places too, like the Startup Weekend in Shiraz. Shiraz can be considered almost at the level of Tabriz in terms of progress. این حرف درسته که بیزینس اونم it تو تهران با فاصله قابل توجه ای بهتر جواب میده ولی کاش میشد در شهرهایی که زندگی به معنای واقعی جریان داره این وضعیت وجود داشت. نه تهران.
امیدورام همه شهرها از جمله تبریز بتونن فضای مورد نیاز رو کنار یک شهر سالم ایجاد کنن. اگرم از شهرمون فاصله گرفتیم در راستای رشد اون تلاش کنیم.
موفق باشید As someone who works in Tehran, I am glad that our different cities have this concern. It is true that business, especially IT, works significantly better in Tehran, but I wish this situation existed in cities where life truly flows, not just in Tehran. I hope all cities, including Tabriz, can create the necessary space alongside a healthy city. And if we have distanced ourselves from our city, we should strive for its growth.
خساست - حسادت - کوته فکری . این سه کلمه فعلا در مورد کار ای تی تو تبریز به ذهنم می رسه Hello, stinginess - jealousy - narrow-mindedness. These three words currently come to mind regarding IT work in Tabriz.
این باشه بقیه موارد هم حل میشه ربطی به رفتارهای انسانی نداره به نظر من Years ago, when I was active in Tabriz, the biggest problem I saw in the IT sector was the lack of large-scale investment.
