بلاکچین یکی از تکنولوژیهای جدیدیست که طرفداران بسیار زیادی پیدا کرده. استفاده از تکنولوژی بلاکچین روزبهروز افزایش مییابد و در حوزههای مختلف استفاده میشود. مزایا بسیار زیاد این تکنولوژی باعث شده تا تمایل صاحبین کسبوکار برای مهاجرت بر بستر بلاکچین بیشتر شود و شاهد کسبوکارهای بیشتری که با بلاکچین آمیخته شدهاند، باشیم.
یکی از جدیدترین کسبوکارهایی که بر بستر بلاکچین توسعه یافته است، پلتفرم آموزشی غیر متمرکز یادای است. به بهانه آغاز به کار یادای با دکتر فرید دهقان، بنیانگذار این پلتفرم بلاکچینی، گفتگویی داشتیم تا بیشتر درباره این پلتفرم، نحوه کار و ... بدست آوریم.
- گفتگو را با معرفی خودتان شروع کنیم، از کی کار را شروع کردید و چی شد که به یادای رسیدید؟
از سال ۸۶ برنامه نویسی با ++C را شروع کردم. سال 89 به سمت توسعه وب رفتم و با PHP برنامه نویسی را شروع کردم، اواخر سال 89 بود که یادگیری زبان پایتون را شرع کردم و کمکم به سمت بیگدیتا کشیده شدم.
در سالهای 93 و 94 به مدت دو سال مدیر پروژه دو سامانه نوبتدهی آنلاین بودم. سال ۹۶ بود که برگشتم تبریز و خواستم یک تیم حرفهای بسازم که با چالشهای زیادی مواجه شدم.
- تشکیل تیم به منظور توسعه یادای بود یا اهداف دیگری داشتید؟
در مرحله اول قصد داشتیم تیم را برای انجام پروژههای وب اپلیکیشن و موبایل اپلیکیشن با تکنولوژیهای روز تقویت کنیم. در ادامه با اضافه شدن تعدادی افراد که درحوزهی بلاکچین فعالیت داشتند، به انجام پروژههای بلاکچین پرداختیم که منجر به انجام تعدادی پروژه برای کشورهای گرجستان،ترکیه وسوئیس شد.
پس از انجام این فعالیت ها کمکم به فکر توسعه کسبوکار خودمان افتادیم؛ تابستان سال ۹۸ با همفکری و ایدهگرفتن از افراد تیم تصمیم به توسعه سامانه یادای گرفتیم.
- سامانه یادای چیست و چه وظیفهای دارد؟
یادای یک بستر برای مدیریت ارائه و دریافت آموزش و میکروآموزش هاست. امکانات مختلف زیادی از جمله امکان ایجاد سلسله رویداد،ساخت چند برگزار کننده، انتقال اعتبار درون سامانه بین افراد، ساخت رزومه و ... در یادای توسعه پیدا کرده است تا این بستر تمام نیازهای حوزه آموزش و برگزاری رویداد چه به صورت آنلاین و چه به صورت حضوری را پوشش دهد.
امکاناتی که گفته شد بخش کوچکی از برنامه توسعه یادای هست که تاکنون محقق شده. هدف نهایی یادای تبدیل شدن به یک دانشگاه نسل آینده و یک شبکه اجتماعی مبتنی بر آموزش است.
- هرچند که کمبودهای بسیار زیادی در حوزه آموزش در وب فارسی وجود دارد، ولی رقبای زیادی هم در این حوزه فعالیت میکنند و با شروع پاندمی کرونا هم رقبا تازه وارد دیگری هم اضافه شدند؛ با این حال چرا حوزه آموزشی را به عنوان حوزه فعالیت خودتان انتخاب کردید و تمایز شما نسب به سایر رقبا چیست؟
ایدهی یادای و شروع به کار آن خیلی قبل از وجود ویروس کرونا کلید خورد. زمانی که شروع به این فعالیت کردیم پاندمی این ویروس هنوز شروع نشده بود و بحث آموزشهای مجازی به داغی این روزها نرسیده بود. از اول هدف و قصد ما ترویج و گسترش میکروآموزشها و آمورشهای غیرمتمرکز بود. با تفسیر مسیر تحول آموزش بهتر میتوانیم به نقش یادای در حوزه آموزش پیببریم:
شیوه تدریس اولیه که به هزار سال پیشبرمیگردد به نحوی بود که صاحبان دانش و علم، سوادشان را به تعدادی طلبه و جویای علم انتقال میدادند که آنها بسته به نیاز خود از آن علمها استفاده میکردند.
بعد از گذشت دویست سال، سیستم آموزش دانشگاهها تغییر کرد و از صرف آموزش به آموزش و توسعه و بسط علم روی آورد. به این منظور مراکز پژوهشی به دانشگاهها اضافه شدند.
بعد از جنگ جهانی دوم دانشگاه های نسل سوم به وجود آمدند که هدفشان ادغام علم با صنعت بود تا از علم استفاده کاربردیتری شود و کسبوکارها و صنایع هم از علم بهرهمند و برخوردار شوند.
با اینکه ما پیشرفت شایانی در علم داشتیم ولی در برخی موارد علم پاسخگوی نیازهای صنعت نبود و به این منظور تیمهای تحقیق و توسعهای بوجود آمدند تا خلا علمی موجود از سمت دانشگاهها را پر کنند. دانشگاههای نسل چهار به این منطور بوجود آمدند تا بجای تغذیه صنعت توسط علم، یک اکوسیستم متشکل از: علم، صنعت و اقتصاد، ابتدا بصورت محلی و بومی به وجود آید سپس با رشد این اکوسیستمها در فاز بعدی بهم وصل شوند و یک اکوسیستم جهانی تشکیل شود.
تا به اینجا به روند گسترش آموزشها پرداختیم ازطرفی هم میدانیم که هرفردی علاقه، استعداد، سطح مهارت و نیازهای متفاوتی دارد، برای مثال سیستم آموزشی که اکثر ما آن را تجربه کردیم به گونه ای بود که دانشآموزی که به ریاضی علاقه داشت اجبارا باید در کلاس نقاشی هم شرکت میکرد؛ در حالی که امروزه با تغییر سیستم آموزشی در بیشتر نقاط جهان از ابتدا به علایق و استعداد افراد توجه میشود، البته در کنار آموزشهایی که مختص به علایق فرد میشود، یک سری کلیات مربوط به حقوق افراد جامعه، قوانین و مقررات و اخلاقیات باید آموزش داده شود.
هدف از آموزش غیرمتمرکز این است که تنوع آموزشی بیشتر ایجاد کند و هر کسی با توجه به مهارتها و علاقه و سطح هوشی خود از پکیجهای آموزشی موجود برای خود یک پکیج آموزشی شخصیسازی شده و منحصر فرد درست کند.
- با توجه به تنوع وبسایتهای آموزش مجازی آموزش های رایگان موجود در بستر یوتیوب یا آپارات، تفاوت یادای که به تازگی شروع به کارکرده است باسایر رقبا چیست و چه جایگاهی را در بازار میبیند؟
یادای به عنوان پلتفرم و بستر آموزشی فعالیت میکند، دراین پلتفرم ویژگیهای مختلفی وجود دارد که برخی در نسخه فعلی وجود دارد و مابقی در آینده اضافه خواهد شد. هدف ما کسب درآمد از این ویژگیها و سرویسها است، بطور مثال از یک کلاس آنلاینی که به صورت رایگان برگزار میشود، میتوانید از طریق ارائه بستر برای برگزاری کلاس به صورت آنلاین کسب درآمد کنیم.
نقطه تمایز اول یادای، توسعه بر بستر بلاکچین است که امکانات ویژهای را به دنبال دارد. در یادای برگزارکننده میتواند با یک اکانت رویدادها و کانالهای آموزشی مختلفی ایجاد کند، در هر رویداد تیم برگزار کننده میتواند متفاوت باشند.
ویژگی دیگری که یادای بخاطر توسعه بر بستر بلاکچین دارد، غیر قابل دستکاری کردن اعتبار و امتیاز، نظرات، صورتهای مالی و ... است. در یادای امکان ارائه گواهینامه شخصی سازی شده بر بستر بلاکچین وجود دارد که باعث افزایش امنیت و اعتبار گواهینامه و از طرفی باعث کاهش هزینههای گواهینامهها میشود.
- با توجه به تکنولوژی که استفاده کردهاید و آگاهی نسبتا کم افراد در این حوزه، به نظرتان برای جذب مخاطب چه چالشهایی خواهید داشت؟
هدف ما معرفی تکنولوژی یا درامدزایی مستقیم از بلاکچین نیست. پس آگاهی نسبتا کم افراد چالش ما نخواهد بود. جذب مخاطب با تکیه بر تمایزهای یادای از رقبا و ارزشهایی که به مخاطب ارائه میکند، صورت میپذیرد. ما در یادای تلاش کرده ایم که راه حلی برای چالشهای موجود در بازار آموزش ارائه دهیم و بلاکچین به ما در این راه کمک کرده است. مخاطب ما خود تکنولوژی بلاکچین را شاید نشناسد اما تاثیر استفاده آن بر حل چالشهای آموزش را درک میکند.
- برنامه ای برای جهانی کردن یادای دارید؟
بله ما قصد نداریم یادآی را به صورت بومی و محدود به ایران نگهداریم و در آینده و بعد از آزمون و خطا و مشخص شدن مشکلات، به سمت بازار بینالمللی خواهیم رفت.
- سامانه یادای نسبت به اسکایروم و ایسمینار چه تفاوتهایی دارد و نحوهی برگزاری کلاسهای آنلاین در یادای چگونه است؟
سیستم یادای مانند هر دو پلتفرم عمل میکند یعنی هم میتوانیم به صورت مستقیم به آموزشگاه ها API دهیم تا مستقیما از پلتفرم یادای برای برگزاری کلاسهای آنلاینشان استفاده کنند و هم دارای یک سامانه ثبتنام هستیم که میتواند تمامی مراحل، از ثبتنام تا برگزاری کلاس، بر بستر پلتفرم یادای انجام گیرد.
پلتفرم ما در بخش کلاسهای آنلاین از لحاظ قیمت نسبت به اسکای روم ۲۰٪ الی ۳۰٪ کمتر است و امکانات بیشتری نیز دارد.
- در مورد تیم و اعضای تیم یادای هم توضیح میدهید؟
در حال حاضر تیم یادای از ۹ نفر اصلی تشکیل شده است. با شروع کرونا ادامه کار تیم به صورت ریموت شد و از اسفند تاکنون هر روز از تبریز، مشهد، ماکو، سقز و ملکان باهم در ارتباطیم و با انرژی و روحیه خوبی یادای را رشد میدهیم.
- چه مدت زمانی برای توسعه کامل این پلتفرم در نظرگرفته بودید؟
حدودا سه سال

در آخر میخواهم به نکته جالبی که راجع به نام پلتفرم "یادای" وجود دارد اشاره کنم، یادای را از هرطرف بخوانید باز هم یادای خوانده میشود. شعاری که ما برای این پلتفرم درنظر گرفتهایم، "یاد بده و یاد بگیر" است.
- امیدواریم یادای بتواند کیفیت یادگیری و یاد دادن را برای افراد بالا برده و روند یادگیری را به روندی دلچسب برای مخاطبان تبدیل کند.
Blockchain is one of the new technologies that has gained a lot of supporters. The use of blockchain technology is increasing day by day and is being utilized in various fields. The many advantages of this technology have led to a greater desire among business owners to migrate to the blockchain platform, and we are witnessing more businesses that have integrated with blockchain.
One of the newest businesses developed on the blockchain platform is Yaday decentralized educational platform. On the occasion of the launch of Yaday with Dr. Farid Dehghan, the founder of this blockchain platform, we had a conversation to learn more about this platform, how it works, and more.
- Let's start the conversation by introducing yourself, when did you start working and how did you come to Yaday?
I started programming with C++ in 2007. In 2010, I moved towards web development and started programming with PHP. It was late 2010 when I began learning Python and gradually got drawn towards big data.
In 2014 and 2015, I was the project manager for two online appointment systems for two years. In 2017, I returned to Tabriz and wanted to build a professional team, which faced many challenges.
- Was the formation of the team aimed at developing Yaday or did you have other goals?
Initially, we intended to strengthen the team to carry out web application and mobile application projects with modern technologies. Later, with the addition of several individuals who were active in the blockchain field, we started working on blockchain projects, which led to the execution of several projects for countries like Georgia, Turkey, and Switzerland.
After these activities, we gradually thought about developing our own business; in the summer of 2019, with brainstorming and ideas from team members, we decided to develop the Yaday system.
- What is the Yaday system and what is its function?
Yaday is a platform for managing the provision and receipt of education and micro-education. Many different features have been developed in Yaday, including the ability to create a series of events, create multiple organizers, transfer credits within the system between individuals, create resumes, and more, so that this platform covers all the needs of the education sector and event organization, both online and in-person.
The mentioned features are just a small part of the Yaday development program that has been realized so far. The ultimate goal of Yaday is to become a university of the future generation and a social network based on education.
- Although there are many shortcomings in the education sector in Persian web, there are also many competitors in this field, and with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, new competitors have emerged; however, why did you choose the educational field as your area of activity and what is your distinction compared to other competitors?
The idea of Yaday and its initiation occurred long before the existence of the coronavirus. When we started this activity, the pandemic of this virus had not yet begun, and the discussion of virtual education had not reached the intensity of these days. From the beginning, our goal and intention was to promote and expand micro-education and decentralized education. By interpreting the transformation path of education, we can better understand Yaday's role in the education sector:
The initial teaching method, which dates back a thousand years, was such that owners of knowledge and science transferred their literacy to a number of students and seekers of knowledge, who used that knowledge according to their needs.
After two hundred years, the university education system changed from mere teaching to education, development, and expansion of knowledge. To this end, research centers were added to universities.
After World War II, third-generation universities emerged, aiming to integrate science with industry so that science could be used more practically and businesses and industries could benefit from knowledge.
Although we have made significant progress in science, in some cases, science did not meet the needs of industry, and for this purpose, research and development teams were formed to fill the scientific gap from universities. Fourth-generation universities were established to create an ecosystem consisting of: science, industry, and economy, initially locally and regionally, and then, with the growth of these ecosystems, connect them in the next phase to form a global ecosystem.
So far, we have discussed the expansion of education, and on the other hand, we know that each individual has different interests, talents, skill levels, and needs. For example, the educational system that most of us experienced was such that a student interested in mathematics was forced to attend art classes as well; whereas today, with the change in the educational system in most parts of the world, attention is paid from the beginning to the interests and talents of individuals. Of course, alongside the education specific to individual interests, a series of generalities related to the rights of individuals in society, laws and regulations, and ethics must be taught.
The goal of decentralized education is to create more educational diversity, allowing everyone to create a personalized and unique educational package for themselves based on their skills, interests, and intelligence level.
- Considering the variety of virtual education websites and free courses available on platforms like YouTube or Aparat, what is the difference between Yaday, which has just started, and other competitors, and what position does it see in the market?
Yaday operates as an educational platform, and this platform has various features, some of which exist in the current version and others will be added in the future. Our goal is to generate revenue from these features and services; for example, from an online class that is held for free, we can earn money by providing the platform for holding the class online.
The first point of differentiation for Yaday is its development on the blockchain platform, which brings special features. In Yaday, an organizer can create various events and educational channels with a single account, and in each event, the organizing team can be different.
Another feature that Yaday has due to its development on the blockchain platform is the immutability of credits and scores, reviews, financial statements, and more. In Yaday, it is possible to issue personalized certificates on the blockchain, which increases the security and credibility of the certificates and, on the other hand, reduces the costs of certificates.
- Considering the technology you have used and the relatively low awareness of individuals in this field, what challenges do you think you will face in attracting an audience?
Our goal is not to introduce technology or generate direct income from blockchain. Therefore, the relatively low awareness of individuals will not be a challenge for us. Attracting an audience will be based on Yaday's differentiators from competitors and the values it offers to the audience. We have tried in Yaday to provide a solution to the existing challenges in the education market, and blockchain has helped us in this regard. Our audience may not recognize blockchain technology itself, but they understand its impact on solving educational challenges.
- Do you have plans to globalize Yaday?
Yes, we do not intend to keep Yaday locally and limited to Iran, and in the future, after trial and error and identifying problems, we will move towards the international market.
- What differences does the Yaday system have compared to Skyroom and Isminar, and how are online classes held in Yaday?
The Yaday system operates like both platforms, meaning we can either provide APIs directly to educational institutions so they can use the Yaday platform for their online classes, or we have a registration system that can handle all stages, from registration to class holding, on the Yaday platform.
Our platform offers online classes at a price that is 20% to 30% less than Skyroom and also has more features.
- Can you explain about the team and members of Yaday?
Currently, the Yaday team consists of 9 core members. With the onset of COVID-19, the team's work became remote, and since March, we have been in contact every day from Tabriz, Mashhad, Makoo, Saqqez, and Malekan, growing Yaday with energy and good spirit.
- How much time did you allocate for the complete development of this platform?
About three years
