یک اسفند ماه تیم ایرانی لوکان (Locon) سپیدنامه پروژه مبتنی بر تکنولوژی بلاکچین خود را منتشر کرد. لوکان با جذب سرمایه اولیه طی هشت ماه گذشته طراحی معماری خود را به پایان رسانده است. این تیم که متشکل از متخصصین جوان ایرانی است با حضور در کنفرانس بینالمللی اقتصاد بلاکچین، در استانبول بهطور رسمی از پروژه لوکان در جامعه بینالمللی رونمایی میکند.
به گزارش روابط عمومی لوکان، بر اساس سپیدنامه منتشرشده، لوکان یک اکوسیستم غیرمتمرکز بر پایه بلاکچین، برای کسبوکارهای مکانمحور، سیستم حمل و نقل و موقعیت مکانی افراد و اجسام ثابت است. لوکان با مشارکت مردم نقشههای کاملتر، دسترسیها و امکانات بیشتری برای توسعهدهندهها فراهم میکند.
همینطور به آنها این امکان را میدهد که بدون نیاز به ساخت یک بلاکچین جدید و مستقل، از بستر این پلتفرم برای پیادهسازی و ذخیرهسازی برنامههای غیرمتمرکز خود در حوزه حملونقل استفاده و علاوه بر صرفهجویی در وقت و هزینه، از امنیت و غیرمتمرکز بودن بلاکچین لوکان استفاده کنند.
بلاکچین با تکیه بر جامعه اداره میشود و تمام تصمیمگیریهای استراتژیک به وسیله خرد و آگاهی جمعی و با مشارکت جامعه غیرمتمرکز انجام خواهد شد. لوکان با بهینهسازی گردش مالی در صنعت حملونقل، بستر مناسبی را برای تمام کسبوکارهای حوزه حملونقل فراهم میکند و با بهرهگیری از برنامههای غیرمتمرکزی که روی پلتفرم پیادهسازی خواهند شد، درصدد حل معضل ترافیک، بهعنوان چالش اصلی پیش روی جامعه بر خواهد آمد.
این برنامهها تحت کنترل و نظارت هیچ سازمان و نهادی نیستند و تراکنشها و معاملات به صورت کاملاً مستقل از بانکها یا نهادهای دیگر پولی انجام میشوند. این تیم ایرانی با اشاره به مشکلاتی همچون مالکیت دادهها و حریم خصوصی در نقشههای متمرکزی نظیر گوگلمپ و ویز به ناکارآمدی این نرمافزارها در حل این معضلات میپردازند.
همچنین بیان میکنند که با واگذاری توسعه نقشه جهانی به یک سازمان خاص، مردم کنترل تمام اطلاعاتی که روی نقشه نشان داده میشود به همراه بسیاری از اطلاعات حریم خصوصی خود (اینکه هر روز به کجا میروند، در کجا سکونت دارند و یا با چه وسیلهای به محل کار میروند) را در اختیار آن سازمان قرار دادهاند. این در حالی است که این سازمانها، میتوانند از این دادهها، جهت کشف «روشهای تسلط بر افکار عمومی» و نقض هرچه بیشتر حریم خصوصی افراد، به جای تکمیل نقشه جهانی استفاده کنند.

On March 1st, the Iranian team Locon published the white paper of its blockchain-based project. Locon has completed its architectural design by attracting initial investment over the past eight months. This team, consisting of young Iranian specialists, will officially unveil the Locon project to the international community at the international blockchain economy conference in Istanbul.
According to the public relations of Locon, based on the published white paper, Locon is a decentralized ecosystem based on blockchain for location-based businesses, transportation systems, and the location of individuals and fixed objects. Locon provides more comprehensive maps, access, and facilities for developers with the participation of the people.
It also allows them to use this platform for implementing and storing their decentralized applications in the transportation sector without the need to build a new and independent blockchain, saving time and costs while benefiting from the security and decentralization of Locon's blockchain.
The blockchain is managed by the community, and all strategic decisions will be made through collective wisdom and awareness with the participation of the decentralized community. Locon optimizes financial circulation in the transportation industry, providing a suitable platform for all businesses in the transportation sector and aims to solve the traffic problem, as the main challenge facing society, by utilizing decentralized applications that will be implemented on the platform.
These applications are not under the control or supervision of any organization or entity, and transactions and dealings are conducted completely independently of banks or other financial institutions. This Iranian team points out issues such as data ownership and privacy in centralized maps like Google Maps and Waze, addressing the inefficiency of these software in solving these problems.
They also state that by entrusting the development of the global map to a specific organization, people have given control of all the information displayed on the map along with many of their privacy details (such as where they go every day, where they reside, or what means of transportation they use to get to work) to that organization. Meanwhile, these organizations can use this data to discover "methods of dominating public opinion" and further violate individuals' privacy instead of completing the global map.
After stating the existing problems in the transportation industry, they describe the solution with a new model of consensus protocol in Locon's blockchain, aiming for the decentralization of the map on a global scale and creating a fast, transparent, and free platform for all location-based services.
