چهارمين کنفرانس ملي محاسبات توزيعی و پردازش داده های بزرگ در دانشکده فناوری اطلاعات و مهندسی کامپيوتر دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان روز 26 اردیبهشت 1397 با حضور جمع کثيری از پژوهشگران، اساتيد و دانشجويان حوزه علوم کامپيوتر و فناوری اطلاعات برگزار گرديد. در اين رویداد، مهمانان ارزنده اي از دانشگاههاي مختلف کشور حضور داشتند. مراسم افتتاحيه اين کنفرانس با سخنراني جناب آقاي دکتر علی عجمی معاونت محترم پژوهش و فناوری دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان آغاز شد. در ادامه، آقای دکتر مهدی هاشم زاده دبیر علمی کنفرانس و رياست محترم دانشکده فناوري اطلاعات و مهندسي کامپيوتر به ایراد سخنرانی پرداختند. سخنران ویژه کنفرانس جناب آقای دکتر محسن سُریانی، دانشیار دانشگاه علم و صنعت ایران و رئیس انجمن بینایی ماشین و پردازش تصویر ایران، به ارائه سخنرانی کلیدی با موضوع «تحقیقات اخیر در حوزه بینایی ماشین: چند نمونه موردی» پرداختند.
در اين کنفرانس مقالات حول چهار محور:
1) سيستمهاي توزيع شده و محاسبات
2) پردازش داده هاي بزرگ
3) تحليل شبکه هاي اجتماعي
4) بينايي ماشين توزيع شده
در قالب نشستهاي تخصصي جداگانه توسط ارائه کنندگان مقالات به مخاطبين و شرکت کنندگان کنفرانس ارائه گرديدند.
دکتر هاشم زاده دبير کميته علمی کنفرانس اعلام نمودند در اين دوره از کنفرانس، 203 مقاله به دبیرخانه کنفرانس رسید که با توجه به نوپا بودن این حوزه و بسترهای آن در داخل کشور، خود امری شگرف است و از میان آنان بنا به نظرات داوران محترم 105 مقاله مورد پذیرش واقع شدند. که از این تعداد مقاله، 60 مقاله برای ارائه شفاهی انتخاب شدند که در قالب 6 نشست همزمان توسط نویسندگان محترم ارائه می شوند و کلیه مقالات در قالب مجموعه مقالات کنفرانس و CD مربوطه چاپ و منتشر می شوند. همچنین کلیه مقالات پذیرفته شده توسط پایگاه استنادی جهان اسلام (ISC) و پایگاه استنادی مقالات کنفرانس های کشور (CIVILICA) نمایه خواهند شد.

The fourth national conference on distributed computing and big data processing was held at the Faculty of Information Technology and Computer Engineering of Shahid Madani University of Azerbaijan on 26 Ordibehesht 1397 with the presence of a large number of researchers, professors, and students in the field of computer science and information technology. In this event, distinguished guests from various universities across the country were present. The opening ceremony of this conference began with a speech by Dr. Ali Ajami, the esteemed Vice President for Research and Technology of Shahid Madani University of Azerbaijan. Subsequently, Dr. Mehdi Hashemzadeh, the scientific secretary of the conference and the esteemed head of the Faculty of Information Technology and Computer Engineering, delivered a speech. The special speaker of the conference, Dr. Mohsen Soryani, an associate professor at Iran University of Science and Technology and the head of the Iranian Machine Vision and Image Processing Society, presented a keynote speech on the topic "Recent Research in the Field of Machine Vision: A Few Case Studies".
In this conference, articles were presented around four axes:
1) Distributed systems and computations
2) Big data processing
3) Social network analysis
4) Distributed machine vision
These were presented in separate specialized sessions by the article presenters to the audience and conference participants.
Dr. Hashemzadeh, the secretary of the scientific committee of the conference, announced that in this round of the conference, 203 articles were submitted to the conference secretariat, which is remarkable considering the novelty of this field and its infrastructures within the country. Based on the opinions of the esteemed reviewers, 105 articles were accepted. Out of these, 60 articles were selected for oral presentation, which will be presented by the esteemed authors in the form of 6 simultaneous sessions, and all articles will be published in the conference proceedings and the related CD. Additionally, all accepted articles will be indexed by the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) and the Civilica Conference Articles Indexing Database.
