یلدای همفکر تبریز / نوزدهمین همفکر تبریز با حضور ۱۵۰ نفر از اعضای اکوسیستم استارتاپی شهر برگزار شد Yalda Hamfekr Unites 150 Tabriz Entrepreneurs for Networking and Ideas

نوزدهمین همفکر تبریز (یلدای همفکر تبریز) ۲۹ آذرماه ۹۷ در موسسه بین‌المللی الف برگزار شد. در این جلسه از همفکر که به مناسب شب یلدا با حال و هوایی متفاوت‌تر از سایر جلسات همفکر برنامه ریزی شده بود، قریب به ۱۵۰ نفر از کارآفرینان، برنامه‌نویسان، منتورها، دانشجویان، طراحان و ... که هر یک به نوعی در این اکوسیستم مشغول به کار هستند گرد هم آمدند تا علاوه بر شبکه‌سازی، انتقال تجربیات و بحث و تبادل نظر، شب یلدا را در کنار هم جشن بگیرند و به بهانه‌ی این شب زیبا ساعات بیشتری را درکنار هم سپری کنند.

برنامه با انجام یک بازی ساده برای شرکت‌کنندگان شروع شد، آرش میلانی که خود را یک نینیجای خوشحال سازی معرفی می‌کند و یکی از منتورهای بنام استارتاپی در شهر تبریز است، مدیریت انجام این بازی و شکستن یخ شرکت کنندگان را بر عهده داشت. پس از آن میلانی چند دقیقه‌ای در رابطه با موضوع «اهمیت حضور فعالانه در کامیونیتی» به سخنرانی پرداخته و از ضعف‌ها و کاستی‌های جامعه استارتاپی شهر سخن گفتند.

در ادامه برنامه حسن اطاعت که به عنوان یکی از با تجربه‌ترین مربیان کسب‌وکار شهر تبریز شناخته شده است و سال‌ها نظاره‌گر رشد این اکوسیستم بوده است درباره‌ی روندی که تا کنون در این اکوسیستم طی شده صحبت کرده و با مقایسه وضعیت فعلی فضای کسب‌وکار در شهر تبریز نسبت به گذشته‌ی شهر و شهرهای دیگر، نظرات خود را در رابطه با آن‌چه که میبایست رخ دهد تا شاهد فعالیت جدی‌تر و پرقدرت‌تر استارتاپ‌ها در این شهر باشیم را بیان کردند. در ادامه جناب آقای اطاعت از شرکت‌کنندگان خواستند تا آن‌ها نیز نظرات خود را در رابطه با تغییرات لازم در فضای استارتاپی شهر برای رسیدن به اکوسیستمی بالغ‌تر در قالب کمپین «تبریز نکست» در فضای مجازی به اشتراک بگذارند.

یکی از اتفاقات جانبی همفکر نوزدهم معرفی فضای کار اشتراکی الف توسط هومن بیگ‌نژاد، موسس مجموعه بین‌المللی الف بود. این فضای کار که در بخش مجتمع فرهنگی دیجیتال الف (زیر نظر شبکه ملی فرهنگ) در مساحتی بیش از ۵۰۰ متر مربع در قالب فضای کار به صورت گروهی و فردی در اختیار کارآفرینان و فری‌لنسرها قرار خواهد گرفت، همه روزه تا ساعت ۱۲ شب پذیرای افراد خواهد بود. علاقه‌مندان می‌توانند برای کسب اطلاعات بیشتر از شرایط این فضای کار اشتراکی به موسسه الف مراجعه کنند.

در ادامه‌ی جلسه‌ی نوزدهم همفکر تبریز، افراد مطابق روال جلسات همکفر عمده‌ی زمان خود را به شبکه‌سازی و بحث و تبادل نظر با یکدیگر پرداختند. در این میان بازار سلفی‌ها و عکس‌های دسته جمعی هم به شدت گرم بود.

آخرین سخنرانی این رویداد توسط عسل راد درباره موانع و فرصت‌های اکوسیستم استارتاپی تبریز برای فعالیت زنان انجام پذیرفت و طی آن خانم راد پس از بیان تجربیات و دیدگاه خود نظرات افراد حاضر در جمع را جویا شد.

بازی‌های دسته جمعی نیز حال و هوای ویژه‌ای به رویداد بخشیده بودند. از بازی رومیزی دوز گرفته تا بازی گروهی گره انسانی.

یکی از اتفاقات مثبت این رویداد اعلام آمادگی عده‌ای از متخصصان کامیونیتی برای در اختیار گذاشتن تجارب و فرصت مشاوره‌ در اختیار کسب‌وکارهای نوپای شهر بود. بنابر اعلام این دوستان، افراد می‌توانند مشکلات کسب‌وکارشان را پیرامون موضوعات مربوط به حیطه‌ی فعالیت این متخصصان (برقراری ارتباط با مخاطب و استفاده از هوش‌مصنوعی برای توسعه کسب‌وکار) با هشتگ «#تبریز_نکست» اعلام کنند تا این دوستان پاسخگوی سوالاتشان باشند. از یاور مشیرفر و سینا منوچهری برای همراهی کسب‌وکارهای تبریزی در قالب این حرکت تشکر می‌کنیم.

و در نهایت از حامیان برگزاری یلدای همفکر که بدون همراهیشان برگزاری این رویداد میسر نبود تشکر می‌کنیم؛ مجموعه‌های ایده‌های نوین، بوم، الف، روسیلی و اداره ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات استان آذربایجان شرقی.

The nineteenth Hamfekr of Tabriz (Yalda Hamfekr of Tabriz) was held on December 20, 2018, at the Alef International Institute. In this session of Hamfekr, which was planned with a different atmosphere for the Yalda night, nearly 150 entrepreneurs, programmers, mentors, students, designers, and others, each engaged in this ecosystem, gathered to celebrate Yalda night together while networking, sharing experiences, and discussing ideas.

The program began with a simple game for the participants, managed by Arash Milani, who introduces himself as a happy ninja and is one of the well-known startup mentors in Tabriz. After that, Milani spoke for a few minutes about the topic "The Importance of Active Participation in the Community" and discussed the weaknesses and shortcomings of the startup community in the city.

Continuing the program, Hasan Ete'aat, recognized as one of the most experienced business coaches in Tabriz and a long-time observer of the growth of this ecosystem, spoke about the progress made in this ecosystem so far. He compared the current state of the business environment in Tabriz with the past of the city and other cities, sharing his views on what needs to happen for us to witness more serious and powerful startup activities in this city. Mr. Ete'aat also asked the participants to share their opinions on the necessary changes in the startup environment of the city to achieve a more mature ecosystem under the campaign "Tabriz Next" on social media.

One of the side events of the nineteenth Hamfekr was the introduction of the coworking space Alef by Hooman Bignejad, the founder of the Alef International Group. This coworking space, located in the Alef Digital Cultural Complex (under the National Culture Network) in an area of over 500 square meters, will be available for entrepreneurs and freelancers in both group and individual settings, welcoming individuals every day until midnight. During the nineteenth Hamfekr session, participants spent most of their time networking and discussing with each other, following the usual routine of Hamfekr sessions. In the meantime, the selfie and group photo market was also very lively.

The final speech of this event was delivered by Asal Rad on the barriers and opportunities of the startup ecosystem in Tabriz for women's activities. During her speech, Ms. Rad shared her experiences and views and sought the opinions of those present.

Group games also added a special atmosphere to the event, ranging from board games to human knot games.

One of the positive outcomes of this event was the readiness of some community specialists to share their experiences and offer consulting opportunities to the city's startups. According to these friends, individuals can announce their business problems related to the areas of expertise of these specialists (establishing communication with the audience and using artificial intelligence for business development) with the hashtag "#Tabriz_Next" so that these friends can respond to their questions.
