بعد از سالها فعالیت و شناخت از جامعه استارتاپی تبریز موضوعی کماکان رنجیده و تا حدود زیادی متعجبم میکند و آن اینکه چرا ما در جامعه استارتاپی تبریز هنوز گامهای قوی براییادگیری اصول و مبانی راه اندازی استارتاپها برنداشتهایم؟
در اثنای برگزاری دومین میتاپ تبریز و همچنین شنیدهها و دیدهها از دیگر رویدادهای استارتاپی متوجه شدم که بسیاری از نزدیکان من { و در برخی مواقع خود من! } اطلاع درستی از اولیهترین مبانی استارتاپی نداریم. {برای مثال واژگان متداول و پرکاربرد این حوزه را خوب نمیشناسیم.} این موضوع تلنگر مهمی برای من بود. حتی در انتخاب موضوعات سخنرانی رویداد میتاپ هم بسیاری مخالف بودند و درخواست داشتند مبانی اولیهتری همچون: "استارتاپ چیست و چرا باید به فکر راهاندازی استارتاپ باشیم؟!" طرح شود.
خوشبختانه مدتی است که مشکل آموزشهای فنی به لطف CIW و دیگر آموزشگاههای فنی تا حدودی زیادی حل شده است و نیاز بخش بزرگی از جامعه فنی به آموزشهای تخصصیتر است، ولی در زمینه آموزشهای استارتاپی هنوز هیچ گام مهمی برداشته نشده است.
مباحث بسیار گستردهای در این زمینه وجود دارد که برای هر یک در اشِل جهانی کتابها و کارگاههای متعددی برگزار میشود. از مباحث مرتبط با بحثهای حقوقی، سرمایهگذاری و مالی گرفته تا کارتیمی و خلاقیت. از آموزشهای استارتاپ ناب گرفته تا ارزیابی ایده در خلق مدل کسبوکار موفق و هزاران سرفصل آموزشی دیگر! ولی چرا ما به هیچ کدام با جزییات نپرداختهایم؟!
این سوال پاسخ تلخی دارد: چون اغلب تصور میکنیم که میدانیم و چنین میشود که جامعه استارتاپیمان دچار دردِ کم عمقی میشود که نتیجه آن شعارزدگی و مربیگریهای خارج از مسیر است.
این موضوع راهحل سادهای دارد: بیشتر بخوانیم. بیشتر یاد بگیریم.
خوب چرا همه اینها را نوشتم؟
همه اینها را نوشتم تا برسم به اینجا که در حال راهاندازی اولین آکادمی استارتاپی تبریز با عنوان Tabriz.io Academy هستیم. یعنی مجموعه کارگاههایی که بصورت مرتب در طی سال به ارائه آموزشهای مرتبط با استارتاپها بپردازد و از مربیان مختلف محلی و کشوری برای اینکار کمک بگیرد. طبق معمول از پیشنهادها و ایدههای شما استقبال میکنیم و به زودی جزییات اولین کارگاه را با شما به اشتراک خواهیم گذاشت.
After years of activity and understanding of the startup community in Tabriz, I am still puzzled and somewhat surprised by one issue: why have we not taken strong steps to learn the principles and foundations of launching startups in the startup community of Tabriz?
During the second meetup in Tabriz and also from what I have heard and seen from other startup events, I realized that many of my close ones {and sometimes myself!} do not have a proper understanding of the most basic startup principles. {For example, we do not know the common and frequently used terms in this field well.} This was an important wake-up call for me. Even in choosing the topics for the meetup event, many were opposed and requested more basic topics such as: "What is a startup and why should we think about launching a startup?!" to be discussed.
Fortunately, for some time now, the problem of technical training has been largely solved thanks to CIW and other technical training institutes, and there is a need for a large part of the technical community for more specialized training, but in the field of startup training, no significant steps have been taken yet.
There are very broad topics in this area for which numerous books and workshops are held at the global level. From topics related to legal, investment, and financial discussions to teamwork and creativity. From lean startup training to idea evaluation in creating a successful business model and thousands of other educational topics! But why have we not addressed any of them in detail?!
This question has a bitter answer: because we often think we know, and thus our startup community suffers from shallow pain, the result of which is sloganism and coaching that is off track.

So why did I write all this?
I wrote all this to reach the point that we are in the process of launching the first startup academy in Tabriz called Tabriz.io Academy. This means a series of workshops that will regularly provide training related to startups throughout the year and will seek help from various local and national trainers for this purpose. As usual, we welcome your suggestions and ideas, and we will soon share the details of the first workshop with you.
