شتابدهندهها تلاش دارند با به وجود آوردن فضا و اعطای امکانات مختلف و حمایت مالی و علمی از استارتاپها در ازای گرفتن بخشی از سهام آنها، زمینهای فراهم آورند که استارتاپها به شکوفایی برسند و راه خود را در بازار و جذب سرمایه بیشتر پیدا کنند. در حال حاضر شتابدهندههای بسیاری در جهان فعالیت میکنند و از حوالی سال ۹۱ و بعد از انتخابات ریاست جمهوری و بازتر شدن فضای ارتباطاتی کشور با جهان، فعالیت شتابدهندهها در ایران نیز آغاز شده است که میتوانید جزییات فعالیت آنها را در این نوشته از پیوست مطالعه کنید. ولی وضعیت شتابدهنده ها در تبریز چگونه است؟

بسیاری بر این باورند که هنوز شرایط حضور شتابدهنده ها در تبریز مهیا نشده است و اگر قبل از مهیا شدن این شرایط هر شتابدهندهای اقدام به تاسیس در شهر تبریز بکند، به خاطر عدم وجود تیمهای کافی و قدرتمند به زودی مجبور به بستن کولهبار خود خواهد شد.

برگزاری رویدادهای متنوع و پشت سر هم را میتوان یکی از مهمترین بخشهای یک اکوسیستم فعال کارآفرینی دانست. هر چند سابقه برگزاری رویدادهای هفتگی جلسات باز نرم افزاری در تبریز به سالها قبل بازمیگردد و تجربه برگزاری استارتاپ ویکند موفق تبریز هنوز از خاطرهها فراموش نشده است ولی عدم برگزاری رویدادهای متنوع در زمینههای مختلف، تبریز را به شهری منفعل در این زمینه تبدیل کرده است.
این رویدادها که میتوانند بصورت هفتگی ( مانند جلسات باز نرمافزاری، گپ گرافیک، همفکر تهران و ... ) بصورت دورهای ( مانند استارتاپ ویکند، استارتاپ گرایند و ... ) و بصورت سالانه (مانند همایش سالانه زدکانف، جشنواره وب و موبایل، مسابقات برنامه نویسی بیان، تداکس و ... ) برگزار شوند، تاثیر بسزایی در یادگیری و شبکهسازی خواهند داشت.

۲. فضای کاری مشترک
اغلب فعالان استارتاپها به نیازمندیهای اولیه برای شروع به کار خود نیاز دارند. یعنی برای بسیاری کافی است که یک فضای آرام، اینترنت و مقداری خوردنی داشته باشند تا خلاقیتشان گل کند. مهمترین اتفاقی که در یک فضای کاری مشترک میافتد این است که همه با هم در تعامل هستند و همین تعامل روحیه و انگیزهی ویژهای را برای پیش بردن کارها ایجاد میکند.

۳. آموزش های منظم و ادامهدار
رویکرد تئوریک دانشگاهها، دانشجویان را بیشتر از قبل به آموزشگاههای خصوصی رهنمون میکند که ارائه دهندهی آموزشهای کاربردی هستند. متاسفانه شهر تبریز در زمینهی آموزش به مراتب ضعیفتر عمل کرده است و تاکنون فقط دو یا سه آموزشگاه خوب به فعالیت خود در این زمینه ادامه دادهاند.
همچنین علاوه بر اینها نباید نقش دولت را نیز در این میان نادیده گرفت و به دنبال ساختار صحیح حمایتی دولت از استارتاپها و ارتباط بیشتر و بهتر با دولت بود.
