تا امروز بارها در اینباره گفتگو شده است که برای فعالتر شدن اکوسیستم استارتاپی هر شهری نیاز به برگزاری رویدادهای متنوع در شهر خواهیم داشت. در همه نقاط جهان رویدادهای هدفمند نقش کلیدی را در شکلگیری موفق جوامع استارتاپی بازی می کنند و شهر ما هم از این امر مستثنی نیست.
بعد از برگزاری موفقیت آمیز استارتاپویکند تبریز، متاسفانه دیگر شاهد برگزاری هیچ رویداد موفقی در زمینهی کارآفرینی و کسبوکارهای نوپا در شهر نبودیم. برگزاری رویدادها در فعال کردن اکوسیستم هر شهری میتواند بسیار موثر باشد. رویدادها افراد مختلف را دور هم جمع میکنند و مهارتهای مختلف کارآفرینی را از زبان مربیان و افراد با تجربه منتقل میکنند. مهمتر از اینها اینکه این رویدادها بهترین بهانه برای شبکهسازی هستند و بواسطهی آنها متخصصان حوزههای مختلف یکدیگر را مییابند و جرقه اتفاقهای بزرگی زده میشود.

بعد از اولین استارتاپ ویکند موفق تبریز، استارتاپ ویکندهای زیادی برگزار شدند ولی هیچکدام نتوانستند باندازهای که باید و شاید تاثیرگذار باشند. استارتاپ ویکند رویدادی است که باندازه کافی شناخته شده است و به احتمال سازمانهای دولتی و دانشگاههای بسیاری حاضر به حمایت از برگزاری ان خواهند شد. همچنین در نظر بگیرید استارتاپ ویکند می توانم تمهای مختلفی از جمله گردشگری، نجوم و ... به خود بگیرد.

۳) ماشین استارتاپ ناب
ماشین استارتاپ ناب یا Lean Startup Machine کارگاهی سه روزه در زمینه ساخت یک کسبوکار موفق است. بیشتر شرکتهای جدید شکست میخورند چراکه چیزی میسازند که کسی نمیخواهد. LSM یک فرآیند برای کشف اینکه چه محصولی در بازار موفق خواهد بود و کدام موفق نخواهد شد را به شرکتکنندگان میآموزد. LSM تجربه آموزشی ۴۸ ساعته و فراگیر است، کنفرانس نیست و هکاتون هم نیست.

۴) تداکس تبریز
تداکس رویداد جهانی و شناخته شدهای است که در شهرهای بسیاری از کشور از جمله تهران و اصفهان برگزار شده است. این رویداد که برگزاری آن به نسبت مشکلتر از بقیه رویدادها است و پیچ و خمهای بیشتری را دارد، میتواند یکی از ارزشمندترین رویدادهایی باشد که تاکنون در شهر تبریز برگزار شده است.
برگزاری تداکس قوانین مخصوص به خود را دارد که میبایست قبل از اقدام به برگزاری به دقت مطالعه شوند.
۵) گپ و گفتهای صمیمی هفتگی و ماهانه
رویدادهایی که برگزاری میشوند لازم نیست که حتما یک اتفاق عجیب و غریب با سروصدای زیاد و هزینههای گزاف باشند. سخنرانی ساده در یک عصر خوش آبوهوا، جلسات و دورهمیهای همفکری و ... از جمله این رویدادها هستند.
تبریز سابقه طولانی در برگزاری چنین رویدادهایی دارد ولی بدلایل مختلف در حال حاضر برگزاری آنها با رکود مواجه شده است که یک همت دوباره میتواند آنها را از نو زنده کند. همچنین علاوه بر گپهای هفتگی قدیمی تبریز، میتوان به جلسات مشابهی مثل جلسات همفکر، استارتاپ گرایند، رویداد ۲۰ تا ۳۰ و ... اشاره کرد که در دیگر شهرهای کشور بصورت مرتب برگزار میشوند.

After the successful holding of Startup Weekend Tabriz, unfortunately, we have not witnessed any successful events in the field of entrepreneurship and startups in the city. Holding events can be very effective in activating the ecosystem of any city. Events bring different people together and transfer various entrepreneurial skills from the mouths of trainers and experienced individuals. More importantly, these events are the best excuse for networking, and through them, specialists from various fields find each other, sparking great happenings.
There are many local and non-local events that have been successfully held in Iran. Depending on the current conditions, I suggest 5 events that you can hold this year in Tabriz.
1) Corporate and Thematic Hackathons
Tabriz is the city of traditional IT companies. Many old companies exist in Tabriz that are progressing based on the same business they started years ago. Companies that offer products such as enterprise portals, CRM, security products, and more.
These companies can be the sponsors of creative hackathon events in their company. Holding an attractive hackathon can solve a technical problem in your company, bring many creative ideas and individuals to your company, and most importantly, be effective in branding and advertising your company.

Also, consider that Startup Weekend can take on various themes, including tourism, astronomy, and more.

3) Lean Startup Machine
Lean Startup Machine is a three-day workshop focused on building a successful business. Most new companies fail because they build something that no one wants. LSM teaches participants a process to discover what product will succeed in the market and which will not. LSM is a 48-hour immersive educational experience; it is not a conference and not a hackathon.
For a long time, some of our friends in Tabriz have taken steps to register this event, but there are still not enough registered emails to lift the lock on holding this event for Tabriz. By visiting this address, you can register your email and make this event possible in Tabriz.
4) TEDx Tabriz
TEDx is a globally recognized event that has been held in many cities across the country, including Tehran and Isfahan. This event, which is relatively more challenging to hold than other events and has more complexities, can be one of the most valuable events ever held in Tabriz.
Holding TEDx has its own specific rules that must be carefully studied before taking action to hold it.
5) Weekly and Monthly Casual Chats
The events that are held do not necessarily have to be a strange occurrence with a lot of noise and high costs. Simple talks on a pleasant afternoon, brainstorming sessions, and gatherings are among these events.
Tabriz has a long history of holding such events, but for various reasons, their holding is currently facing stagnation, which a renewed effort can revive them. Additionally, besides the old weekly chats in Tabriz, similar sessions like Hamfekr sessions, Startup Grind, 20 to 30 event, and more can be mentioned, which are regularly held in other cities of the country.
